Carmex® Classic Lip Balm
I've used this lip balm a couple times. I use Softlips Vanilla flavored lip balm now, but when I did use Carmex, it helped with my chapped lips best when I left it on at night. & when I woke up, my lips would be smoother.

Softlips® Lip Balm - French Vanilla
This is the only lipbalm I use & I use it daily. The smell of the vanilla is great, plus it doesnt taste really strongly like makeup. It's not expensive at all, & I get mine at my local Walmart.
