I never liked my brows and always look for something that can make them stay put. There is always one of the brow hair would point in the wrong direction. Today i went to the Wall Mart and got this Clear Brow & Lash Mascara by E.L.F. It was under $3. Instantly creates healthy looking lashes and brows. Because it's clear, great for any hair color. If you use this product on the top of your mascara, it will hold in place, and no more worries for smudges. -
