I have very fine hair and because I tend to shampoo it every day I don't use dry shampoo often. However, this was great for volumizing to give it a little boost near the roots. I think it's decent for the money - I have another high end dry shampoo... +

I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened it up and even more thrilled when I put it on. The formula isn't chunky and goes on smooth. I tend to keep it in "volumizing" mode but works great either way. I think this is my new go-to drug store mascara. -

Cons: I think it is my hair type (very fine) or maybe it's the summer humidity but it seems to work for a bit and then I'll go outside or on with my day and the effect is immediately gone. I think this could would better for someone with very long or short hair that already has a decent amount of body to it.

I never really used cuticle oil before buuuut I will now. This was unexpectedly lovely. The wind up brush applicator is really nice, making it super easy to apply. The oil rubs in quickly and feels soft, not greasy or sticky.

I generally use BB cream from Japan - but I almost always have one of these Garnier tubes on hand when I'm running low on my usual creams. The price is good (they're easy to find on sale). I don't find the coverage is amazing but it absolutely evens out my skin. I'll usually mix it in with a little bit of moisturizer or concealer if needed. -

I expect a lip stain to last all day - this didn't do much better than an average lipstick. It also has a really artificial candy smell, which as a grown woman, I find pretty gross and reminiscent of something I would have picked up as a preteen in the late 90s. The colour I had was rose, but looked more like barbie pink. Do not recommend. -

I used to use the Bourjois healthy mix, but I find the coverage a little thin. The coverage in the 123 Perfect is amazing and evens out my skin tone incredibly quickly. This is almost half the cost of my pricer Dior foundation which I used to save for special events but now I find myself reaching for this Bourjois foundation instead. -

No, no, no. I have a huge problem with St. Ives scrub products. Especially as someone who can be prone to breakouts. The the problem with oatmeal/almond/other natural mechanical exfoliants is the little tears they form in your skin. This can cause bacteria to spread and perhaps give you a "glow" due to irritation and inflammation. After plenty of terrible experiences with St. Ives causing me more harm than good, I pretty much exclusively use chemical exfoliants. -
