Colouring Book for Adults
I LOVE Adult colouring books!!! I currently have 4. They help keep my brain busy and keep my creative side satisfied. If you struggle with brain chatter related to a mental illness i highly recommend picking one up and giving it a try.

Canada Dry Blackberry Ginger Ale
Well what can I say about this drink!? YUMMYYYYYY!!!! It's not an overbearing sweet taste which I dislike. Perfect and VERY refreshing!! Highly recommended

Scents of Wonder Lavender French
This is currently my go to oil. Lavender is great for calming and let me tell you I USE IT A LOT!!!! I purchased this one at Optimun Health 5ML for $6.95. The smell is AMAZING and it does not lose its potency when diluted with a carrier oil.

Lipidol Overnight Face Oil
What can I say about this night oil besides LOVE❤️ at first you feel so oily but it quickly soaks in. I have dry sensitive skin and not only does it help with my hydration but it does not aggrivate my sensitive skin.

I love this product. Started using it this last week and it has done wonders for cleaning my face. Plus side my face does not feel dried out or oily. If you are looking for a gentle cleanser this is definitely it!!

Nivea cold cream has been in my family for generations. I don't think there is any woman in our family that dose not use it.
Nivea body milk is my go to especially during the cold dry winter months. Not only does it instantly make your skin feel smoother it also lasts. Some of the other lotions I have used were great for a little while but faded quickly during the day. You will never be disappointed using any of the Nivea products. 100% recommend this product.
