The secretary is really rudely and disrespectful. Even she made mistakes which cause the loss of her client, she neither said sorry nor showed her sympathy. Instead she had no patiency to listen any explaination and just rudely pushed her client...   +

The secretary is really rudely and disrespectful. Even she made mistakes which cause the loss of her client, she neither said sorry nor showed her sympathy. Instead she had no patiency to listen any explaination and just rudely pushed her client away. What terreble person she is! I will never take my kid to go there again.

Doctor Charette Louis and his assistant are nice. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a good secretary to work for him.    -
