I purchased the blusher in "rose cushion" colour, a very vibrant pink tone. The blush is a pressed powder and comes with a powder puff. The little puff is good quality and works well as an applicator for this powder. The blush is very easy to blend, layer to enhance the colour, and it stays on well too, especially if used with primer and/or setting spray. It is quite heavily pigmented so I recommend applying a small amount and blending it out to start, and then adding more as needed. The colour options for this product are not the most natural of shades, so they work better with some looks more than others, but when used in small amounts they will work for a "natural look" makeup as well. -

I'm really on the fence about this product. It's definitely not the same as dry shampoo and I don't think it's giving me the desired effect.
Pros:
- Smells really nice
- Does dry very quickly as advertised
- Easy to use
- Hair feels soft, you can't tell there's any product on it
- No visible residue
- Isn't heavy on hair, won't take away volume
Cons:
- It seems to make my hair stringy and it looks greasy rather than cleansed and refreshed. It in fact looks far more oily than it does before I use the product. I find myself fluffing up my hair every few minutes to make that stringy-ness go away. I'm not sure if I'm using too much of the product or using it wrong, but this is certainly the opposite of the desired effect.
Despite the many pros, I'm giving it a negative review because the key point of it, which was to refresh my hair, didn't happen and in fact, I got the opposite. Maybe it's because I have naturally curly hair or something. I really wanted to love this product so it's unfortunate it didn't work for me as well as it did for others.

I got to try this product for free (thanks ChickAdvisor!) and I do think it's something I will be purchasing in the future.
Note: this is a veil. It's tinted, but it's a veil, not foundation.
This is the real "no makeup" makeup and I'm still slightly bamboozled at how it works. On one hand, this hydrating veil smooths out your skin providing light coverage and masking imperfections, while on the other, the tint is light and doesn't change the texture of your skin to that typical foundation look. It keeps your skin looking like you simply have naturally very nice skin which is incredible as it goes beyond what a veil normally offers.
I was impressed with how well the colour sent to me blended with my actual skin tone. When I put it on my hand I thought it had the wrong undertones or was too light, but when I put it on, it blended right in.
The product really is lightweight, I did not feel it at all, and thought it's quite breathable. I did find it a little shiny at first (it is hydrating), but that does fade to more of a glow and you can easily put finishing powder on it if you prefer a matte finish. A makeup veil is meant to increase moisture retention and this one is hydrating on top of that. It's ideal if you have dry skin. I have slightly sensitive skin and found no issues with it at all. In fact, I find that it's a great substitute for morning moisturizer if you're short for time and can't wait for it to absorb.
This veil doesn't cake or streak. It did not, at all, streak for me, so I was very impressed. If you find it streaks, it might actually be creasing and you need either a primer or a pore filler if the primer didn't fix it.
A little of it goes a long way, so you won't need much to cover your face.
This tinted veil is definitely meant to be used as a veil or for light coverage and nothing else. It does not build up to provide full coverage because that's not what it's meant to do. It's a veil, a base, not full foundation. A veil is meant to prevent your skin from losing moisture throughout the day and is applied along with primer. This one happens to be hydrating and tinted on top of that to smooth out imperfections and provide light coverage to start you off or be a veil and coverage combo for those who wear only light coverage to begin with.
I think it's a little unreasonable those who received it for free and are used to wearing medium to full coverage are leaving it negative reviews for not being something they normally use for coverage when this product simply isn't meant to be that. I think they don't understand that a tinted veil is still a veil, not foundation. It will not provide a perfectly flawless airbrushed look despite your skin condition like full coverage foundation does. A veil is meant to increase moisture retention for your skin. It's used for priming your face. This one also offers additional hydration and light coverage to smooth out imperfections for a natural, barefaced look and that's exactly what it does. If you need full coverage, this is your base, put your foundation on top. Using a veil should be part of priming your face if you wear full coverage.
If you wear light coverage or have dry skin and want a little extra hydration while priming, this is for you. I highly recommend it. If you wear medium to full coverage, this veil is a good addition to use as base along with your primer if use matte products that have a tendency to dry out your skin.

I'm a sucker for multipurpose products, especially when they work, and this is one of them. I got to try it for free as part of the ChickAdvisor review program and here are my thoughts:
This is a combination of primer, setting spray, and refreshing spray.
I have tried it as a setting spray alone and have found that it does the job quite well. Make up stays on, doesn't cake, and I did get a bit of a hydrating feeling. I did find that I don't have much control over how evenly it is applied when it's sprayed, so I think I will stick to other primers for that reason.
As a setting spray, it does its job beautifully. Makeup stays on in place, doesn't smear, and I didn't find the spray to have a shiny finish despite being hydrating.
I don't really use refreshing mists often so it's hard for me to say, but I have reapplied it as a setting spray and found that it doesn't lather on or build up feeling heavy or sticky either, which was nice.
This is also a larger bottle than most setting sprays at NYX so it will last a long time and that's a huge bonus in my eyes. I have slightly sensitive skin and I had no issues with this product. It's not particularly fragrant and feels light.
I'm not sure if it's just my bottle or all of them are like that, but the nozzle is a bit aggressive. The spray direction is quite localized rather than spread out like a full mist so it took a couple of tries to get used to so that I don't end up messing up my makeup instead.
What made it stand out over other sprays is that my finishing powder often still has a tendency to rub off a little on things that touch my face even after setting spray and I'm guilty or resting my head on my hand a lot or hugging people taller than I am and having my face on their shoulder. With this one, it didn't seem to do that, makeup stayed on my face. And it held on my nose bridge after I wore glasses!

Just like others, I was very pleasantly surprised with this product, mainly because of the texture.
Unlike other primers which come in liquid or cream, this one has the consistency of non-leaky jell-o. Once you put it on your skin, it spreads quite well and becomes more liquid like. It is hydrating, and does a great job of smoothing out your skin which makes applying foundation a breeze and you might even be able to skip out on the concealer! Once it dries, it does continue to have a slightly sticky feeling for another 15-20 minutes or so, but afterwards it's fully dry. If you are applying foundation, you can do so while it's still a little sticky and it makes no difference.
The product can be worn alone as a hydrating veil of sort, but I find that the finish is a little too shiny for my liking.
What I liked about it is that my foundation seemed to not only stay well, but also apply more evenly. I found that some primers increase the extent to which makeup can cake, but I have not had that issue with this one. The primer itself goes on nicely, doesn't peel or cake either.
The only downsides I can think of is that this primer is a little pricier than other products for this job, but a little of it goes a long way which is why I would still recommend you go with it over other products. I do believe though, that there should be an applicator that comes with it. Because you need very little of it for the whole face (I mean it, a tiny bit of it is enough for your whole face) you'll be sticking your fingers in it over many days, so wash your hands. Since the jelly itself isn't sticky, it's easy to drop bits of it as you bring it up to your face.
To conclude - it does the job and it does it well. The texture was a new experience that left my face feeling refreshed and hydrated, and provided a smooth surface to apply makeup onto. My makeup lasted the whole day and it didn't cake. Getting the hang of applying it and doing so in the right amounts might take a couple of tries, but again, use a tiny amount, it really goes a long way!

I really like this mist. I don't use it very frequently throughout the day as I usually wear makeup, though I heard others use it while wearing makeup without any issues. I use it in the morning as I feel like it adds just enough hydration to get me through the day before I use it again in the evening and put a moisturizing night cream on. It smells lovely, just like the other products in this series. The smell is fresh and floral, though definitely on the stronger side so I wouldn't recommend it to those who do not like perfumed products. Though it absorbs quickly, the soft feeling stays for a long time. I also love the packaging. I wasn't sure how much of this product to use though and there were no recommendations or instructions on the packaging. I'm used to spraying setting sprays that need a bit of a distance to "mist" your face, whereas this spray bottle has a much shorter range and even close up produces a fine mist without suddenly soaking your face in product. I got it for free from Chick Advisor and I would recommend this product especially if you find your skin needs a bit of refresher throughout the day.I highly recommend using it with one of the moisturizing creams from this series for super soft skin! -

This cream made my skin incredibly soft! I love that it's scented, though the smell is definitely on the stronger side when it comes to creams so I wouldn't recommend it to those who do not like perfumed products. The smell is floral and very pleasant. After the first use my skin became very soft to the touch. The cream didn't cause any irritation. After a few days I could tell there's a difference in the way my skin feels overall. It definitely moisturizes effectively as I had some minor dryness and skin peeling around my hairline and all of it went away after second use. The packaging is sleek and made at least partially out of recycled materials making it very environmentally conscious. Only downside to it is that there were no instructions on use besides apply to clean face every morning. For some creams, such as those with retinol, using a pea sized amount and no more is very important, whereas others you can lather up, so I wasn't sure how much is best. I also use it as a night cream since I did notice it caused my make up to cake a little despite using a primer. I'm often in a rush in the mornings so I prefer moisturizers that absorb very quickly and have an SPF filter. Nevertheless, the moisturizers works incredibly well, feels lightweight, and will leave your skin feeling very soft.
I received this product for free from Chick Advisor. Purchasing it again will be worth it!

It definitely smells nice and fresh and often goes on sale making it quite affordable, but it didn't do anything for me in terms of preventing me from sweating. In fact, my armpits would be dry, I would put it on, and within a minute I would start to sweat more than usual. I know this can happen to some people with antiperspirants containing aluminum, but I have not had this issue with any other drugstore brand that also contains aluminum. Others seem to be generous with the star rating despite giving it a poor review. I think what caused my issue was, as others have stated, that this product is quite creamy, goes on a bit thick, and does clump a lot. I found myself wiping the clumps eventually. I think with this creamy and clumpy formula, instead of going into my sweat ducts, the product coated my armpits with a layer of thick cream and that's what caused the issue as I found it does not dry and a lot of this antiperspirant seeped into my shirt.. At times when I felt like it did work, it didn't last long. I gave up on it after 10 days of trying to make it work. -

My opinion is the same as the review before mine. Yes, it's cheap, but it will do absolutely nothing to your hair and might just make it feel worse. Package says it conditions and repairs hair but it did neither for me. My hair isn't damaged by heavy bleaching or anything of that sort, I simply wanted to give it some love after this harsh winter. This mask left my hair feeling wire-y and and rough. My hair is curly, so I need at least a little conditioning to detangle it. Despite rinsing well, once I gently towel dried my hair, I came out of the bathroom with a tangled haystack on my head that was super rough to the touch and I couldn't comb my hair because of how rough it was. I was sure it will all break if I try to brush it so I quickly gave up and went back into the shower and used a regular conditioner to bring it back to normal. I don't ever expect a single use of a product to immediately improve my hair, skin, or nails, and I am aware that it's usually after a few uses you can see results, but I certainly didn't expect it to make my hair feel worse - it looked like it lost volume and was frizzy after this mask, even after the conditioner. I probably should've used shampoo to get rid of whatever residue it left too. -

This giant bottle comes at a great price. It is a slightly harsher shampoo which is why I used it to strip temporary hair dye. It's gentle enough to not dry out your hair. I recommend this for anyone who either suffers from dandruff or works in conditions where their hair gets easily dirty or stained. It does do a great job in removing temporary hair dye gently with several uses, better than other shampoos. -
