As many previous reviews state, this cleanser is great for oily skin, but for normal, dry, or combination, I would avoid it. It does dry out your face a bit which can cause breakouts if your skin gets too dry. Make sure you use an appropriate moisturizer with it or you will break out like I did. My skin usually only has a casual pimple, but this one actually made me break out from all the dryness after 2 uses. It does have a "cool" sensation, which for me turned turned to a burning/tingling sensation since I am mildly allergic to menthol... The allergy is usually only when I ingest mint products, but this one did make me feel it on my skin so I had to stop it after just a few uses. Some reviews said they felt a burning too, so I'm not sure if this is my allergy or just the product. Most products that contain anything mint usually have it on the front logo in some shape or form, like a mint leaf or flat out say "with mint" or "menthol" so this one slipped under the radar for me. The ingredients list does show that it contains menthol, but since I really didn't expect it to contain that, I didn't bother checking. My mistake. -

I'm a little past the point of using drug store foundation, but this one was one of the worst I tried.
- To start it has a very odd smell, which thankfully airs out quickly.
- It's liquid, but doesn't come with a pump or a dropper so dispensing and application can get messy including spilling a drop of it on a black shirt just as you are getting ready for work. Being quite oily it can't be washed out on the spot.
- I found the coverage to be very light and hard to build if you are short for time. Just like all liquid foundations, you have to give it some time to dry. This foundation takes a little longer to do that, so if you want to build the coverage you have to wait before applying more, or put on setting powder and do another layer of foundation and powder on top of that.
- I found it to be quite oily... Do shake it before you use it, but despite using it with primer I found it caused small breakouts and I looked oily by the end of the day.
- Which brings me to point out that it doesn't last well. With powder and setting spray you can make it work through the day, but it start to look patchy towards the end of a work day.
- The colour selection is not the best either, but I'm finding that's an overall problem with drug store foundation. Having only one particular undertone available is a very L'Oreal issue. I'm very pale but with a cool undertone, and most of these have a warm one. No matter how closely colour matched, these me look pink, like my whole face is flushed and the rest of my body drained of blood by contrast.
The only people I can recommend this product to is those who are looking for very light coverage and their skin isn't prone to breaking out from oily products.
L'Oreal has many other foundations available in drug stores and I would recommend trying something else, especially considering the price point.

I absolutely love this pencil eyeliner. It's soft enough to use on inner lash lines, and the colours are quite deep. The price is also incredible - I got mine at shoppers for $3. The only downside I can think of is that it doesn't last long without a primer or setting spray and can fade quickly from lash lines. Considering I use both, primer and setting spray, the makeup lasts all day. Highly recommended. -

I know there are many fans of this licorice candy, but I am not one of them. Despite it being cherry flavoured, it tastes more like a bland version of children's cherry cough syrup. I also noticed these go stale very quickly. The nibs are certainly easier to eat since you can put the whole thing in your mouth and chew it until your jaw hurts rather than try to bite some off from a Twizzlers Twist and hope you don't yank your teeth out while at it. I think licorice is a taste you have to grow up with to like it, and that might be why I'm really not into this treat. -

I got this product for free and it worked really well for me. Reading all the past reviews I feel like I'm one of the few that had a lot of fun with this product (posted a pic with my username, neonlilith). One of the reasons could be that I have dyed my hair crazy colours many times in the past and have quite a bit of experience with it.
First, the product comes with 3 small tubes of purple, pink, and red. I have shoulder length hair and I covered my whole head with this. The product is enough, you just need a thin layer of it, just enough to coat the hair, so if you ran out before you could cover your entire head, there's a high chance you applied it too thickly.
Secondly, to achieve a bright colour or a pretty pastel, you HAVE to do it on bleached hair. Even if the box says it will work on medium blonde, it will be a washed out tint. If you want bright or pastel of any unnatural colour it will only ever work on bleached, or very light hair. That has been the case for ALL bright colours of semi-permanent dyes, regardless of brand. I have pre-bleached hair as I dye it funky colours regularly which is why it came out nice and bright for me. On the bits where I have my natural dirty blonde, it slightly tinted my hair but didn't even fully grab onto it.
For the use: It is fairly easy to use, but the ombre effect is definitely for those with previous hair dying experience. The gloves included were plastic which is great for those with a latex allergy, but a pain to work with as they don't go on easily. The pack comes with a brush for the ease of application which I thought was great.
Now for the colours themselves - the purple and red took on nicely but I found the pink was too close in colour to the purple and you can't even see it well on me. Even on pre-bleached hair, the colours were not exactly like they appeared on the box, which is a little disappointing. A lighter pink would work better, so maybe if I do this next time I will try the pastelizer included in the box. The purple was also darker than on the box without the pastelizer.
Overall, despite the colours being a little bit different than on the box, I really liked this dye and would be willing to try the pastel blue from this bran as well.

I absolutely love this product - just like most box dyes, this hair bleach comes in there parts; a bottle, a sachet and a tube with cream and you have to mix the three together to get started. You apply it to your hair and leave for 20-30 min before doing roots and leaving it for another 15-20 min or so. Make sure it doesn't get on any of your clothes as it will bleach your clothes. The smell isn't the best, but that's normal for hair bleach.
Here are the pros:
- It did what I wanted, it significantly bleached my hair, to an almost white (I'm medium/honey blonde)
- When on sale, this product is only $11
- It's easy to use
- It didn't do visible damage to my hair despite it being very fine and brittle. My hair still curls just fine and isn't falling to bits.
Cons:
- This is for blondes only, and I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone with hair darker than dirty/honey blonde. See a professional for that.
- It did leave a bit of brass, but I expected this and toned it out with a tiny amount of purple toner. The conditioner that comes with the package will tone out the brass a bit, but if you use a toner it will really help maintain the blonde/white hair.
OVERALL: I recommend this product, but for blondes only. Use toner afterwards to achieve the perfect platinum blonde.

This is a perfect milk substitute for anyone who is looking to reduce dairy in their diet, whether you are vegan or lactose intolerant or whatever other reason. It has a light almond flavour, is very smooth, and can be used for anything that you would normally use cows milk for. If you like this product, I recommend you try other products by Silk, like the coffee cream. -

I have very mixed feelings about this eyeliner. To start, it's not really gel, it's more thick cream rather than anything else. The brush works well with it but I find I can't get the sharp angle with this like I normally do with liquid eyeliner. The pigmentation is great and if you set it right, it will last a while. But beware - once the product is opened, it can dry up.. -

I have used this face wash on it's own rather than part of regime as I honestly had no idea it's part of a set. I saw it on the shelf on it's own rather than with anything else. The face wash worked well, got rid of any residue makeup and it left my skin nice and soft. It did calm the breakouts a little bit, but I didn't see a drastic change, nor any improvement to already existing blemishes or blackheads. Overall, this is a great face wash if you have good skin and want to maintain it, but if you're looking to improve, you will either have to try the whole set, or try something else. -
