I am not a blush person. My skin is more olive colour in the summer and quite pale in the winter. I also like to appear natural. So I was surprised I liked the look of this, it gave my skin a peachy glow on my cheeks, like how you look on a crisp spring morning running with the dog - it's just so fresh! Just what I need for spring. I may not use it every day, but it will remain in my make-up bag, and it will be my only blush! -

It blended well and didn't feel sticky or have an unpleasant smell. I will continue using it, and love that I can use it under other make up or just on it's own. -

My only beef with it is that it is somewhat messy, getting the powder out to brush on my face left powder all over the bathroom counter. I don't tend to wear alot of concealer make-up, but this gave my face such a fresh and young look I would willingly take the time each day to apply. Also, it looks quite natural, as no one at work realized I was wearing more make-up than usual! -

I was really impressed with the service I got at Bootleggers. I haven't shopped at an actual 'jean store' since university, and was glad I went in. My one pair of jeans died, and I was seeking a new pair for work that weren't too low (aka butt crack when bending) were comfortable and looked nice. Oh, and didn't cost me my entire paycheck. I tried many stores, but none of them carried the size I wanted in the length I needed. Why do stores not make jeans to fit women who are under 5'3?! Hemming was out of the question for some places, as the flare would have then started at my knees. And apparently taking them in would mess with the grain. And why pay $90 for jeans that don't fit and then may extra to only have them sort of fit?
Not only were the jeans reasonably priced at Bootleggers, but they also offer free hemming! Their jeans were just a tad long for me, but they realize not everyone is 5'11 and skinny and will need items taken up. I bought 2 jeans and by the next day they were perfect, free of charge!
I also have to congratulate the staff there, as I tried on no less than 15 pairs of jeans - seriously. Plus the various tops I tried on (which i shouldn't because then i bought them! Oh well, all in a good cause...). They were patient, cheerful and helpful. Rather than giving up on me as a lost cause they pulled down items to recommend and seemed to know their product well.
A very satisfied customer!

I have to say I was really surprised by this product. I actually do have a noticeable tan, everyone at work thinks I have gone away! It is a bit sticky at first, for about 3 minutes or so until it dries, but after that the stickiness leaves. My tan is a nice colour (aka I don't look like a carrot), and it is mostly even. The bottle cautioned about using around knees and elbows, and the problem areas for me were between my fingers and breasts - even washing hands afterwards still leaves this stain between fingers, so makes me look like a smoker with a bad habit!
I think this is a great product for the face and legs, if you want to get off that plane when you go away and not stick out like a sore thumb! It does need maintenance, forgetting for 2 days ruins the days of hard work, but I have to say I am pretty pleased with it. I can't remember the price, it was less than $13.00 I am sure.
Nothing beats the real deal, but as far as fake tans go it's pretty convincing!

I love this cookbook. It is the cookbook that I grew up with, the one my mom always used. It's comforting to know that if I want something my mom made all I have to do is open the book and there it is! The recipes are easy to follow, not too fancy, just yummy basic food. I also like that is has a section in the back for measurements, and each new chapter explains how to do things eg: instead of telling you to knead the dough, it will explain to you how to do it properly. For basic everyday use I definitely recommend this cookbook! -

Chanel Chance Perfume
I absolutely love this scent! I wear this one on special occasions, especially at night, as it has a heavier scent. Very pretty and sensual, I love to smell myself when searing it. I only ever wear chanel, and this is my night scent :)
