I love it! I've been using this scrub for years because it leaves my skin soft without drying it out. I've recommended it to all of my friends and family, and I will probably continue to use it for ages.

I know this salon is super hit and miss - my boyfriend gets his haircut there regularly, and almost never has the same stylist twice and NEVER gets the same haircut.
I went after much debating and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the great price. It's a bit of an intimidating shop and I think you would have to read other reviews to know who to ask for. I ended up with Michael and he was very friendly, and cut my hair exactly as I asked - nothing too drastic or high maintenance. Plus, despite having long hair, I was in and out in about an hour.

I went to the salon a few times and although my first visit was fine, my second and third were not what I was expecting for the location or cost. I had the same stylist every time, and the mood of the place completely changed between my first and second visit. I did not feel welcome, and I was reluctant to part with my money after the experience - not a single employee was particularly polite to me, and I didn't feel comfortable the entire time I was there. If you need salon services, the results are not terrible - I just think there are a lot of other options available downtown where you can get more for a better price/ambiance.
I can't speak to the spa services as I have never gone there for that reason, but I have a friend who goes regularly so maybe that side of the shop is better.

I received a sample size version of this in a monthly trial box, and it is the only product I have ever received that I literally love. It smells fantastic and is very light - unlike a lot of other moisturizers. Plus, it's great to use on your face and other sensitive areas because there is no residue or greasy feeling. It's the only sample I have literally squeezed dry, and then run out to buy the actual product. I do wish it cost a bit less, but for what it did for me, it's worth it. -

This is such an easy way to work fiber into your diet. I have a sensitive stomach and food allergies, so it has always been difficult to consume as much fruits and veggies as I should. Other similar products made me feel bloated and uncomfortable, but Benefiber has been effective without the ill side-effects. There is no taste, and if you're adding it to something warm or room temperature, it usually completely disolves very quickly. The only word of warning I would give is to others with sensitive stomachs - ease your way into the Benefiber use so that you can find the amount that's right for you. I take half of the recommended dosage and it works well for me. -
