the Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer in Light ; I use for special occasions when I go all out to highlight and contour my face for events and nights out. With the price tag of $29CAD I don't go as crazy with this one as I do the fit me; but the concealer is very thick and little bit goes a long way with this one. I highlight my face the same way as the fit me and normally use a damp mini beauty blender to blend out the product and again set with a like reflecting powder. -

the Maybelline Fit Me concealer in shades 15 Fair and 20 Sand; I use mostly to highlight and brighten my under eyes. On my rougher morning in zombie mode I use 15 to brighten up and liven my face up; I use 20 on my more causal days and when I don't feel as dramatic and don't feel a need a full highlight. I dot the product with the doe foot applicator in the ever famous upside down triangle under my eyes, another triangle on my forehead between the my eyes, a line down my nose and around he nostrils as well as my mouth and chin does the trick. I know that sounds like a lot and it is.. but this is obviously just my preference; with the affordable drugstore price between $6.99-9.99CAD I can afford to go a little crazy. I use a Sigma F56 large concealer brush or damp mini beauty blender to blend out this concealer; and set with a light reflecting powder. -

Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage concealer duo in shade SC-2. For the hefty price of $41CAD, it's the only cream concealer I've found that conceals my hyper-pigmentation. I mostly use the right salmon tone side with a Coastal scents classic pointed precision brush to apply to my dark spots, set with a powder, and go over with my foundation brush with some leftover product to blend. The product itself is quite thick and needs to be warmed up a bit with the brush against my face, but the product doesn't budge once it is applied. -

The Lorac PRO to go eye/cheek palette was the first Lorac cosmetics item I was able to purchase. For $38US the palette includes 2 highlight shades, 4 eyeshadows in neutral warm tones 2 matte and 2 shimmer. The next part of the palette is favourite to use and what sold me on the Lorac brand; 2 blushes Coral with a slight shimmer, a matte Pink shade, both are not overly pigmented and gives the cheeks a slight flush, and also a matte bronze shade that's great for a slight contour and all over the face. Also included is a medium size mirror and 2 travel size brushes one eyeshadow and one pencil brush. It is a great on the go travel palette and compact enough to through in the purse.
After falling in love with the pro to go I bit the bullet and ordered the Lorac Pro Palette for $42US on Amazon and paid the crazy shipping and customs charges to ship to Canada. Like most of the reviews I've seen and read the Pro Palette is worth every penny with 16 warm neutral shades; 8 matte and 8 shimmer eyeshadows. It has become my go to eyeshadow palette for everyday work and night out looks; I use the matte shade the most because I love the soft blendable texture and pigmentation of each colour. This palette also comes with a deluxe sample size of the behind the scenes eye primer; I find a slightly greasy and needs a little bit to much time to set before applying eyeshadow.
This past year Lorac released the Lorac Pro2 Palette with 16 new cooler toned shades and again 8 matte and 8 shimmer eyeshadows. I debated ordering the Pro2 when I found out that the limited edition Lorac Mega Pro Palette with 32 eyeshadows (double a pro palette) for $59US. With the quality as the original palette this one has 16 matte and 16 shimmer in both neutral wearable warm and cooler toned shades; a few cult favourites and new limited eyeshadows worth spending the money on. I love my new shadows their texture and new shades are everything I need to fulfill my eyeshadow needs.

With all the hype on YouTube about these Colour pop lippie stix and for the affordable price of $5USD each; after watching a bunch of reviews I couldn't resist making an order for myself! I ordered 5 colours total, 3 lippie stix with matching liners and 2 single liners; neutral liners Skimpy and BFF3, vampy lippie stix Bichette, LBB, and Creature. All of the colours I purchased are a matte finish because that's my finish of choice, I've never been a big fan of glossy or shiny lips. I had the chance to wear one of the colours to work today because I wanted to put the wearability to the test and I wore Creature with Bichette liner because in my rush to get out the door I grabbed the wrong lippie stix and didn't realize until after I lined my lips I opened the stix to see Creature Oh well.. so I went with it and rocked a bold lip all day. I worked a full 8hr shift with my commute 45mins each way and only reapplied once after eating lunch and only my bottom lip really wore off! The liners on their own we're a bit drying and my lips weren't chapped but a little bit of balm would've helped the colour. They all applied smooth and didn't even need to be blotted with a tissue after. Needless to say at $5USD with free shipping I the US withe a $30 purchase (tracking insured) they are definitely worth the hype and they have a variety off colours to choose from on their site www.colourpop.com; and I will be ordering more lippie stixs liners VERY soon. To make every package special they have a hand written note inside with a personalized message! -
