I received this product to test just last week. After being disappointed in the shampoo, I was a bit more pleased with the mask. The smell is Great! While the shampoo left my hair feeling like straw, the mask did seem to help fix that a bit. However, in comparison to other hydrating shampoos/conditioners, I felt that this was not nearly as good. My hair seemed harder to work with after it dried. -

I was really excited to get this product to test and at first I was very pleased. I really liked the smell! But when I put it in my hair, it seemed to make it straw like. I tried washing a couple of times with it but it just seemed to make it worse. I personally would choose a different hydrating shampoo over this one as it didn't seem to hydrate my hair at all. Other than the beautiful smell of the shampoo, I wouldn't recommend it. Sorry. -

Price at Walmart for 11 Little Swimmers - $9.97
I have used the Little Swimmers a couple of times and my overall experience was quite satisfying. We usually use cloth swim pants, although the Little Swimmers were much easier. I found the Swimmers didn't fill up like a diaper does when it gets wet and that there were no 'gel-like' materials bursting out like in diapers. My son pooped in his Little Swimmer while in the pool, but nothing escaped these Swimmers...for that I give it a 2 thumbs up!
After swimming, the Little Swimmers were very easy to take off and dispose of (except for the poopy one, which was quite messy because of the entire thing being wet also). And I do like not having to take it home and wash it like cloth swimmers.
My only down side is the cost which comes close to $1.00/swimmer. If you swim quite a bit over the summer this could add up to a hight cost (on top of the swimming cost). But overall, I am quite pleased.

I was very excited to be chosen to do this review since I had colored my hair recently with Perfect 10. I usually try to see the positive in the products I test, but I was quite disappointed in this product. L'oreal's Root Rescue claimed many things that I do not believe it lived up to. Firstly, my color did not match at all. I chose 'Dark Brown' (4) which turned out quite redish. Secondly, it claimed 100% grey coverage, but it didn't cover any of mine (I'm about 5% grey). The quick precision applicator was somewhat difficult to use. The one that came with Perfect 10 was much easier. This applicator was soft and bristle like, which made it very hard to part the hair, while the one from Perfect 10 was firm, making it easier to part the hair. Lastly, there was not enough die in the package to do all my roots, however I do have thick hair. I would need 2 bottles next time. Over all, I was quite disappointed in the product, and would not try it again. -

I bought these cloth diapers because I wanted to give cloth diapers a try. Before my son was born, I saw these on sale for 40% off (cost me about $30 for 5). You need to buy these in three sizes for the duration of a child's diaper days - infant, medium & large. They are supposed to have the inner waterproof shell, however because it is cloth all around, the liquid wicks around the edges towards the outside, which then wicks into the clothes. I found these did not work at all! On the positive side, their customer service was pretty good. After calling them and telling them how disappointed I was in their product, they sent me 4 shells for free to wear over the diaper. These shells did help, however they are a very bulky diaper unlike the newer style of pocket diapers. -

This diaper is by far my favorite diaper. I have tried several different diapers from no names to huggies to several different cloth diapers, and nothing comes close to this diaper!
Pamper's Baby Dry diapers are a very thin, cloth like & flexible diaper. I find other disposable diapers have stiffer feel to them and leave a harsh rash on my son's legs. I also find that these pamper's will absorb more liquid without drooping like other disposable diapers do (you know the one's that hang down at the knees as soon as they are wet). The only thing that I can think of that some people wouldn't like is that they are scented. I personally like the scent, but for people who are sensitive to smells might not like this feature.

For the price of this mascara, you can't go wrong! I love how it goes on nice and smooth, yet thick! It gives a very bold look, and can be layered to give a more piercing look. I prefer my mascara to be waterproof however just so that it doesn't smear as easily, but it's easier to wash off at night.

I was excited to be selected to test out Breyer's new 'Smooth & Dreamy' ice cream. I chose the Mocha Fudge Brownie and was quite pleased with it. It definitely did not taste like 'diet' ice cream to me. The ice cream was so smooth and rich, if I didn't know it was 1/2 the fat I never would have guessed it. It was not quite as good as Breyer's Double Churn ice cream line, but for a diet product - it is probably one of the best that I have ever tried. The store I used the coupon at charges $9.99 for the ice cream which I would normally find high. However, I believe that the ice cream sells for less in larger stores (I bought it at a small town family business store).
If I were looking to buy a diet ice cream, this type would probably be my number one choice. I look forward to trying some of the other flavors.

I really like this creme foundation. I found it went on smoothly and evenly as long as not too much is applied. If I applied too much, it was quite streaky and difficult to blend. I really like the coverage, though I do not have a lot of blemishes, so I can not speak to whether or not it covers pimples well.
The only thing I didn't like about it was that the colors didn't match perfectly. I had to buy two colors and blend to get the perfect match. This isn't too much of a problem though, since I still will use both colors - it will last longer this way.

I was thrilled to be selected as one of the product testers for Maybelline's new Eye Studio eyeshadow. I was sent the "Taupe Temptress" and "Green with Envy" pallets. I did some looking around on the internet to see how much it costs in stores and what Maybelline claims about this eyeshadow. From what I could find on price is that it costs around $7.49 to $9.99. Maybelline introduces the set on their webpage - http://www.maybellinenewyork.ca/caeng/products/eyes/shadows/l29l30l46l216l2884.htm
I found their claims on texture and luminosity to be accurate. The texture is very silky feeling - not caky at all, no matter how many layers. Even after wearing this eyeshadow all day, it still appeared smooth and 'luminous,' not creasing or fading.
I was initially nervous about how sparkly it looked. However, once on, it didn't appear to be nearly as sparkly as I had initially thought it would. I was happy with this as I do not like sparkly as much as I would prefer shimmer.
As to how dramatic this eyeshadow is, I found it took a lot of layering to get the deeper shades of the colors. The plus side to this is that it can be worn as a day look with a thin layer, and an evening look with a few extra layers of shadow.
The price I think is maybe a little high for a drugstore shadow, but I do admit it is one of the better shadows I have tried.
