You can mix it with water alone or in juices and it has a nice refreshing taste. Overall, mixability was great with no clumping, taste was good, and no digestive issues. I need to use it a bit longer to understand the full benefits but no complaints so far. -

In general, I find One Bars to be better than Quest bars as far as texture and flavours. Maple Donut is definitely in my top 5, with a sweet flavour that isn't too maple-y and a nice iced coating which adds to the sweetness. The bar itself is 220 calories which is on par with most protein bars on the market with high protein and high fiber. As with most protein bars, it is a bit chewy and grainy but I don't mind the texture, especially with the flavour being good. -

With a lot of Quest bar flavours, it can be a hit or miss. Most Quest bars are extremely tough to chew but I found that the birthday cake flavour is one of the more softer ones. Additionally, compared to other flavours, it is one of the few that also has an extra coating, similarly to a white chocolate or icing flavour, with some slight sprinkles mixed within. The bar overall is very sweet so if you have a sweet tooth, this might be a good option. I wouldn't say the bar necessarily tastes like birthday cake but it's good and sweet. Finally, this is one of the lower calorie Quest bar flavours, as most are around ~200-210, but this one is 180. High protein, high fiber - would recommend if you can find it on special. -

As it is difficult to get B12 from food and water, I supplement with B12, particularly if I have a longer period of time where I don't eat meat. Jamieson's B12 fast dissolving pills are very tiny, have a slightly sweet cherry flavour. I generally keep it up under my tongue for a few seconds, and it leaves no bad aftertaste. I also found these B12 fast dissolving pills to be very similar to Jamieson's D3 pills as well in terms of size, look and taste. I haven't noticed any significant difference with this supplement versus other brands', but overall, a good experience. Look around for deals as there are usually sales, making it a good bang for your buck. -

The spray has a raspberry flavour which is a bit sweet. In addition, the packaging recommends between 1-2 sprays per day. I was intrigued by the product as I was already taking numerous vitamins in pill or chewable tablets form, and this was a nice change. It is quick and easy, and very small if needed during travel. Overall, I didn't observe any differences when comparing to the usual pill form but still enjoyed the spray. I have purchased it twice already and will continue buying it when there are sales, as the initial price can be quite pricey. -

I bought the spray on a pretty good discount to test out initially. The spray has a mint flavour which isn't too strong, but does taste a bit artificial. In addition, the packaging recommends between 1-10 sprays. I used this on several longer flights to help sleep and minimize jet lag (~5 sprays) and found that typically, sleeping was easier than usual. It is difficult to tell if it's placebo, however, it has been effective thus far. I will continue buying it when there are decent sales. -
