The spin function works extremely well and it's super easy to use. My kids has no problem using it, super lightweight, and the mop dry quickly after a few spins. I used the mop clean well on both hardwood and tiles. The mop head is microfibre so it grabs up dirt, dust and pet hair, but it was easy to clean just by removing it from the handle and tossing it in the washing machine.    -
