In the last month I have purchased 4 bras from LA Senza. Two have broken in ways that can not be fixed. I asked for replacements and they said they can't do that. Instead they will send a gift card through the mail. Sounds good right? Because of the promotion going on at the time they will be sending me $21 less then I paid for them. I posted a review on their Facebook page and someone private messaged me asking me to send my order number and pictures of the bras and they would look into it. I immediately tried sending the pictures and they wouldn't send. They blocked on social media. That must be the thing these days.i will never buy from them again.    -
