Now my daughter tried this too and she has much fuller lashes than I do and boy did this make her lashes long and gorgeous! I do wish this was waterproof as my eyes tend to water when I have mascara applied and this did run and smudge a bit throughout the day -

I am a fairly new convert to toner use and I was quite excited to try this one out. So first the good stuff for me, this product is Unscented and Alcohol-Free which is a huge plus in my books, my skin is sensitive and ingredients like fragrances and alcohol are generally irritating. This definitely did not cause any irritation to my face but it was ever so slightly drying to my skin. Not a huge deal if I applied moisturizer right away after applying this product so long as I dd not allow my skin to completely dry. Overall a really decent toner. -

I am kind of cautious when it comes to skincare products as I have sensitive skin, especially around the eye area. Now this product caused absolutely no irritation to my skin including my eyes even when I got a bit in my eyes, this was surprising to me as most products that contain Vitamin C do tend to make my eyes sting a bit. I applied a small amount of this micellar water to a cotton round and using this effectively removed all my makeup even in the delicate areas around my eyes. Although this product does not need to be rinsed off after use, I do prefer to also use a creamy Cleanser after this just for extra assurance as I double cleanse most days. -

I love a great self-care moment and this mask is ideal. Love that it is Infused with approximately a full bottle of serum, contains Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid in order to brighten and hydrate dull, uneven, dry skin. This had a subtle light fresh scent and felt super cooling while on the skin. It was a nice juicy mask without dripping everywhere. It left my skin feeling hydrated for a few date a bit like my skin had a refreshing glass of cold water. I would definitely recommend it. -

This has a lovely lightweight consistency that does not leave any greasy residue but yet still seems to effectively remove even the most stubborn makeup like waterproof eyeliner. I have slightly oily eyelids that are hooded thus I tend to set my makeup with heavy duty setting sprays so it often is hard to remove at the end of the day and this worked really well. I did not need to rub hard to get my makeup to dissolve.... and despite having a fragrance this did irritate my sensitive eyes. I quite like that this is a mix of botanical oils and extracts and I noticed some hero ingredients for me like squalane and tocopherol (Vitamin E). My only complaint is that it is fragranced but I can live with the light floral and herbal scent.

I will admit that I did not actually try this myself, but my husband did and he enjoyed it so much that he ate up the entire tub before I could try a taste but also almost before I could get a photo of the product! Luckily I was able to get a picture but I was not able to find this variety again in any store ñear my home once this was eaten up. So relying on my hubby's tastebuds he says this tastes exactly like buttertarts without being too sweet! If I could find this again I would repurchase! -

L'Oreal Paris Wrinkle Expert 45+ Night Moisturizer, This is a very rich and thick formula but much like heavy cream in coffee it seems a little too much. I have dry skin but found my face was really greasy after applying a very small amount of this product. While this is not terrible for use at night when sleeping during the winter months, my pillowcase now looks like it has oil spots. I was also not thrilled with the strong fragrance so I hope that a fragrance free option will be available soon. On the plus side my skin felt soft and moisturized in the morning. Definitely a good product to use in the dry, cold winter months if you are not averse to scents. -

To begin with I received these products for free from Chickadvisor and L'Oreal Paris in exchange for my honest review.
L'Oreal Paris Wrinkle Expert 45+ Anti-Wrinkle Day Moisturizer, I'll start by saying I found that this was just okay for me and I really wanted to love this. It is a rich feeling cream and my skin did seem to be soft and moisturized after a week or so of use. Not sure if I noticed any real improvement in my fine lines but that may require more time. What I did not love was that this has a strong fragrance and it leaves my face feeling slightly greasy. I noticed that whatever type of makeup I tried to use over this product would separate and wear off after just an hour or 2. I will consider saving this product to use on no makeup days and when the weather is particularly cold and dry as this seems most suited for those days

To start I received this product for free from Chickadvisor and Garnier Canada in exchange for my honest review.
I am already a big fan of shampoo bars and have been using them for a couple of years now to reduce my environmental impact. This bar smells divine and that scent lingers on my hair even after I use a conditioner. It lathers beautifully without requiring too much elbow grease to get it going. I found this did not leave my scalp oily or irritated but it also did not seem to strip my hair of its natural oils at the ends. I do have split ends that can sometimes turn the ends of my hair into coarse frizzy tangles but after a few uses of this shampoo bar I have not noticed that issue. I love that this comes in a paper box that is fully recyclable. I would have liked to see a conditioner bar too and I hope that Garnier will be developing one in the near future to go with the shampoo bars. I will definitely be purchasing both this bar and some of the other varierties of shampoo bars available from Garnier in the future!
