I received a free sample of the Libre Eau De Parfum by Yves Saint Laurent and it was a delightful surprise. In the past, Ive had perfumes by this brand, and I would describe them as a hit or miss. However, Libre in my opinion is definitely a hit. The fragrance is rather sweet and flowery, fairly strong but not overpowering. It contains orange blossom flower, lavender and white musks. The perfume stays on all day and evening, after just one application. My husband also liked it a lot and offered to buy it for me as a present. I would thoroughly recommend this perfume and will be getting some myself. -

I received a free sample of Gabrielle Chanel Paris Essence Eau Du Parfum and I was disappointed. It is a okay perfume, but for me it does not have the special glamour of Chanel. I applied the perfume several times and it does not stay on for very long. Also disappointedly, not one person commented on the perfume, whereas normally my husband or my friends would do so. The fragrance itself is quite light and fruity and perhaps it would appeal more to a younger woman? Suffice it to say, that I did not feel like a woman who truly shines. -

I have recently tried a free sample of Elizabeth Arden’s Vitamin C Capsules Radiance Renewal Serum and I was thoroughly impressed by the outcome. The capsules are small but contain enough serum to cover the entire face and neck. They are easy to open (just twist the top), but I managed to get the serum all over my hands, so easy access to water or wet wipes is advisable. After applying, the serum gets easily absorbed by the skin and does not leave an oily looking residue. Thus, the rest of the makeup can be applied almost instantly on top of it. The serum can be used instead of a moisturiser, as my skin felt very well conditioned. Overall, my skin looked younger, brighter, evenly toned, well nourished and more radiant. Suffice it to say, I was super impressed by the results. I will be buying this product and I would happily recommend it. -
