A fairly good substitute for when Perrier is not on sale! Nearly identical and carbonated to perfection, this makes a great drink on its own or used a mixer for vodka or gin drinks (love this low calorie option!). Also not too salty and came be easily flavoured with the addition of real citrus squeezed in; my personal favourite addition to this carbonated water is fresh lime! A very hydrating and delicious choice for hot summers! -

Excellent little pub on English Bay! The food and atmosphere of this tiny pub are phenomenal. My husband is a huge fan of the draft beer here (they even have a Czech option) and I am a big fan of the poutine. Beautiful atmosphere, especially on the patio where you are a head tilt away from looking at the ocean. Often have live music and entertainment as well. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and most are actually from Ireland - many of the menu options are also traditional items, making this the most authentic Irish pub in Vancouver, BC! Highly recommend checking them out! -

One of the best poutines I have ever had! Great service and drink specials as well. The patio here is perfect for the summer time. My husband and I love the outdoor atmosphere in Suter Brook. Like mini Yale Town in Port Moody! Hubby also loves the burgers here although they definitely have a premium price tag. Worth the splurge but don't recommend the veggie burger though as I find the patty much too starchy (its basically made of all root vegetables). Excellent desert menu as well! Worth a try. -

Love the Port Moody location! The staff at Suter Brook are so friendly and make the perfect cup of coffee every time. Almond Chai Lattes and Almond Milk Cappuccinos are my personal favourite drinks to order here. The Jalapeño Cheddar muffin is also a guilty pleasure - try it warmed up! While during busy hours, it gets quite crowded, there is normally enough seating for everyone and the upstairs is quite cozy. Love this location! -

My husband loves the house draft beer here! Very friendly staff who are sure to make certain that your needs are met. Love heading to Orrange for lunch on the weekend. Great atmosphere and plenty of seating! Normally don't have to wait even during very busy times! -

Great atmosphere and pretty good food! I find the hot plates to have a bit too many onions for my liking though, so if you are sensitive to this, make sure to ask for a half serving of these! The rolls are normally always fairly fresh and tasty as well, although I did have one bad experience here; they are under new management since though. The special rolls here are great and the Crazy Boy roll actually incorporates Asparagus too, which is delicious. Worth a try if you're looking for a reasonably priced sushi restaurant in the Burnaby area. -

My favourite store along with Sephora! Love looking at the pretty home decor and miscellaneous gift ideas here. While they are known primarily for being a book retailer, the goods here are amazing! Great electronics section as well. Boxing day prices are also unbeatable - this is one of the first stores I'll visit! Wonderful baby section as well. Excited to shop the 20% sale this weekend. -

Incredible selection and great prices! The natural foods and products here are also getting better day by day. I love when they have their Organic food week sale; my husband and I always stock up! Great place for purchasing electronics (unbeatable warranty) and buying non-perishables in bulk. Buying produce however, can be a bit tricky unless you have a family of four of larger! Love shopping for clothing here as well. Always something new and fun available. -

Excellent selection of natural products for pets including food, toys, scratching posts, and vitamins! Love the variety at Korna and have found most of the staff extremely knowledgable. Although definitely one of the more expensive pet retails (they are also independent), the selection here is untouchable. Everything is very quality (plenty of freeze dried and raw food options for both cats and dogs) and beautiful; I've never seen more lovely scratching posts in my life (although they are way too expensive). Highly recommend checking out the Coquitlam or North Vancouver locations to find the best in pet care for your furry best friends! -
