This was such a perfect set for my husband and I to play with our kids for family game night! I am always trying to find ways to keep our kids engaged and off screens- and they're only 3 and 5! I feel like it's a losing battle unless I really break out something fun, and this was the answer for us! Snakes and ladders is a classic game anyone can pick up on, so my youngest enjoyed being able to play along. Once they grew bored of that, we flipped the board over and learned Forest snack together. It was a very simple and cute concept for the kids to pick up on, so we didn't need to bother with a drawn-out process of learning rules and play- we just started in on it and had fun together! I like that they can also continue to play together, or with friends, and I only need to do mild supervising or reminding of how to play. This is such a nice game set to add to our game closet! -

I opened this toy up and played with it myself, before giving it to my kids, so they didn't yet know how it worked. You take the "metal chunk" pieces and put them in the front compartment, and the "tool" pieces in the back. Then you pull the lever to dump the can and out of the back pops the "new" tools, which you can pop onto the arms on the front to use in your missions. My kids thought I was pure magic when I showed them how I could recycle the metal cubes! (which are just plastic but painted silver like scrap metal.) After I showed them how to use it they played together and TOOK TURNS (what?! they're 2 and 4- that's impressive!) putting other little toys and parts in there while they made up missions for their other Paw Patrol characters. I think this truck is great, and my kids love playing with it too! -

This is an expensive rubber chew toy! we got ours for our daughter, and she pretty much never cared for it. She preferred the soft Sophie that came in the gift set with it, and had a little bell. We then passed it on to my son, who is teething now, and could take it or leave it. He will chew the legs a little bit, when we give it to him, but he is otherwise as indifferent as his sister was. Also, it feels like the thing always looks dirty to me, no matter how often I wipe it down! I’m giving it points for being easy for little hands to hold and little mouths to chew- but it really isn’t a necessary object for a new baby- you’ll have just as much luck with any other rubber chewer for half the price! -

I love these, they’re a bit nostalgic for me, and I’ll always appreciate that crunchy, wafer layer to them! The inside melts in your mouth, and they’re so delicious! The only problem is that they’re quite addicting!

They don’t last very long, they’re not very reasonably Priced (unless you get a great sale), and they dry the heck out of my hands! I would definitely consider other options, because lots of brands are stepping it up with great, seasonal scents. Leave the amazing smells to the BBW candles, because those are still the best! -
