I have placed a voila order to pick up but was not able to pick it up at the same time I planned. Called the customer service and they were very understanding and gave me the whole day to pick it up, called me later to confirm that they will be available until 9 pm and I am very welcome to come at anytime. I arrived and It was very easy to call them to bring out the order. They placed the order nicely in my car and asked about substitutions. Later I received an email refunding me the difference of my substitute and charged me for the original item I ordered. Very professional packaging and super sweet staff. Will diffidently use this service again . They also have many time slots were the service is FREE. Which is not an option in many other pickup services.A very nice message was left in the bag with discount code to use towards my next purchase.. Highly recommend VOILA    -
