Having never used natural deodorant before, I was pleasantly surprised first by the scent. I loved the smell and wish it came in a hand soap! The second thing to get used to is the texture. The Schmidt’s deodorant is a bit gritty and harder to roll on at first. Following the instructions on the product, you have to give it a few seconds to warm up by pressing it up against your armpit before you apply. I could not feel it on my body for the rest of the day (a great thing)! I’m a natural deodorant convert and would 100% buy this again -

Voila is the latest grocery delivery program offered by the Empire Group (Sobey’s, Freshco, Giant Tiger, Chaco, Farm Boy). Though I received a promo voucher for an unbiased review of the program, I was super critical given that I’ve used every single grocery deliver service in the area (Metro, Walmart, Instacart, Innabuggy, and Cornershop). I’m beyond happy about my experience. The ordering and checkout process were pain free, like walking down a virtual grocery store aisle. I loved that I could add items not just from Sobey’s but also from Farm Boy and Well.ca. I placed an order by 6pm and was able to book a delivery window for next day delivery. Delivery fee was $7.99 to pick and deliver the items which is very reasonable compared to other delivery services. I received my groceries the next day by exactly as expected with no missing items or substitutes. 10 minutes before the delivery person arrived, he called to let me know he was nearby and was super courteous. When he finished the contactless delivery to my front door, he rang the doorbell and mentioned that any items in a bag with a striped handle needed to be refrigerated or frozen. Because it came out of a refrigerated truck, everything was fresh and looked A+. I couldn’t believe the level of service. -

The formulation is super lightweight and despite its natural formulation, lasts a very long time. It’s very easy to apply and has a light but pleasant scent. It smoothed out my complexion and made it a super “sticky” surface to apply my make up on.
My makeup lasted much longer with this primer and I was super impressed!

Mint lip balms are my absolute favorite but I try not to use them too much as I found them a bit drying. This Sweet Mint flavor is a definite improvement to the already great original formula as it's 100% natural, certified organic. I found the combination of sunflower seed oil, shea butter, and coconut oil really have done a great job of keeping my lips moisturizer throughout the day. Will definitely buy this when I run out!

I keep an eos lip balm with me at all times....no more than 3' distance away because they're highly moisturizing, super easy to apply because of its shape. This is an improvement to the already great original formula as it's 100% natural, certified organic. As part of the product review club, I had a chance to try Vichy's Aqualia Thermal Light Cream for free. After having used it for 3.5 weeks, I feel like my face has turned a 180 for the better. The formulation is thick without feeling heavy. My skin feels hydrated, soft, and plump but not greasy. It's made makeup application a bit of a breeze as my foundation just glides on smoothly. I'd 100% recommend this to my friends and family. Great product! -

I would 100% pay for this product and use it in my regular beauty routine. Im so thankful for the opportunity to try it for free as part of the Product Review Club, I love love love this!! The formulation is lightweight, fast absorbing, and highly efficient. My face felt so soothed and hydrated after using about 1.5 pumps of the serum. It glides on smoothly and my skin feels like butter. Love love love!! -

I was super excited to have the opportunity to test Vichy's Aqualia Thermal Awakening Eye Balm when I received a full sized sample in the mail as part of ChickAdvisor's Producr Review Club. I love the very delicate light scent (nearly scent free!) and the pump dispenser. After used it for nearly 3.5 weeks, I haven't really noticed any difference at all vs not using an eye cream. The formulation is pretty lightweight and absorbs quickly but I didn't detect any discernible difference which is why I rated it 3/5 overall. It is not for me but certainly could be suitable for others. I would've preferred a slightly thicker formulation. -

Let me come right out and say it: I'm a novice when it comes to waxing. The thought of having to administer pain on myself seems worse than paying someone else to do it. BUT, I'm now a changed woman after trying these strips. I carefully read the instructions from front to back (thankful for the instruction booklet which outlines where and how to use it for each part of the body!) then proceeded with caution. I liked how many strips and wipes were included in the kit. The strips were easy to pull apart and apply on my legs. I made the mistake of pulling much too slowly on the first pull (hello: scared of pain!) and it resulted in a patch of wax being left behind on my skin. I used the strip repeatedly on the next patch and having learned my lesson, pulled quickly in the opposite direction of hair growth. Voila! It was shockingly painless and very gratifying. Loved that these strips didn't have a strong scent. I was able to use one wipe for both of my legs and arms. I did find the wipes very greasy but effective at removing any residual wax. Like I said, I've now been converted ever since I got to experience these wipes as part of the ChickAdvisor review club. Thank you! -
