It was cheap, and the location was right where I worked, so I would workout early in the morning and then walk right to work.I didn't really need a trainer since I was pretty independent with my workout regime, so I was happy paying $16 a month for doing my own thing.
Then, out of the blue, that particular location closed down without any notice, and they advised me that my membership would be terminated because I signed up there. I didn't bother to go to another Fitness One location, I just decided to pay the extra money and go to Goodlife. I'm quite content over there.
