This was a terrible experience!! It should be aptly named the “Tragic Room”. The aesthetician kept answering her cellphone during my facial treatment. This occurred 3 separate times in one hour. I was next door to the lunch room & I could hear the staff cackling the entire time! The aesthetician left me for over 30 minutes for my face to steam, but the machine stopped after 10 minutes & was blowing freezing cold air on my face for the remainder of the time. The aesthetician didn’t do the pore extraction that I had requested & then pressured/bullied me repeatedly to get a bazillion wax. They didn’t wash my mascara off & I walked around with raccoon eyes, which I didn’t realize until I got into my car. This was an atrocious experience!    -
