The Vida by PADERNO Elite Series 3-Layer Frying Pan is a must have for your cookware line-up. This is not the first clad cookware pan we have, but it works so much better! I made chicken parm and pre-heated the pan, as well as the oil and it was probably the most moist piece of chicken I have ever had! The pan was nice and large to fit a few pieces and evenly cooked regardless of where the chicken was in the pan. The best part was I was able to add sauce and cheese and finish it in the oven since it is oven safe up to 500-degrees. The pan is hefty so you know you are getting a quality product. We have a gas range and it cooked perfectly on it. I would highly recommend this frying pan regardless of what type of stove you have!    -
