It's especially useful when you don't have a non-stick pan. I spray it on my foil before I add slices potatoes with onions, mushrooms, fresh herbs and a few dabs of butter. Then I seal the packet up and cook it on the BBQ. Delicious! I find that it handles heat well and doesn't burn your food. -
