It contains a blend of spinach, green and red romaine, green and red oak, Lollo rossa, mizuna, green and red leaf, Arugula, Frisee lettuce, radicchio, tatsoi. Just prepare a delicious dressing, toss in some chicken or turkey and you have a filling meal. I like being able to offer a variety of healthy vegetable options for my family.
