Sometimes we realize something when it's about to slip from our grasp but we might also be holding on to the comfortable past instead of spreading our wings and moving forward. Desperate times call for desperate measures in this no holds bar movie. Love and friendship are a potent mix but are they enough?

Susan Sarandon gives a brilliant performance as the terminally ill mother who is having a hard time accepting that her children will have a new stepmom. Such a bittersweet story that pulls at the heart strings. A superb cast that bring this difficult to light with such honesty and integrity.

Such a romantic movie. Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant have such chemistry and give an honest and believable portrayal. Will their love be enough to keep them together? You'll just have to watch and see.

A wonderful movie with a superb cast of characters that come together and share in each other's joys and tragedies. Romantic and beautiful this is a memorable movie about love and destiny.

A magical story expertly told with such attention to detail and peppered with mystery and magical elements. I thoroughly enjoyed this series.

~ This book was so fascinating and full of intrigue. I was on the edge of my seat wanting to know more and find out what happens. Interesting characters sustained my interest throughout the book. A unique magic that is fascinating.

~ The plot thickens as new problems threaten the people Yelena loves. Some harsh and descriptive scenes unfold in the book as war erupts. So well written and the characters are so vivid and full of life. An enjoyable series that I didn't expect to enjoy reading.

Her Ixian background has changed her in many ways, and her newfound friends and relatives don't think it's for the better. Despite the turmoil, she's eager to start her magical training. But her plans take a radical turn when she becomes involved with a plot to reclaim Ixia's throne for a lost prince, and gets entangled in powerful rivalries with her fellow magicians. If that wasn't bad enough, it appears her brother would love to see her dead. Luckily, Yelena has some old friends to help her with her new enemies.
~ The second book in this series is filled with magic and mystery. Expert character development with detailed relevant information that has you on the edge of your seat. Another chapter in her life begins as she must make some hard decisions to stay alive.
