I like that you can purchase age appropriate toys and pick up a card, gift bags, stickers, wrapping paper and party supplies all in one convenient place. My kids love to go and pick out something special for themselves or for a friend's birthday. The store is very clean, organized and helpful staff are always on hand to answer your questions. -

In a novel that combines painstaking historical reconstruction with unforgettable storytelling, Lalita Tademy presents an all too rarely seen part of American history, complete with a provocative portrayal of the complex, unspoken bonds between slaves and slave owners. Most of all, she gives us the saga of real, flesh-and-blood women making hard choices in the face of unimaginable loss, securing their identity and independence in order to face any obstacle, and inspiring all the generations to come.
This book was a touching tribute to the brave women who fought to survive in a harsh world where they had no rights and were at the mercy of the men who "owned" them. I found their stories so poignant and at times impossible to read. I can't imagine the sorrows that must have weighed heavily on their hearts. It tells the unique stories of the women from one family. Their lives are intertwined and they survive because of the strength of their matriarch who remains steadfast and true despite what she calls the whitening of her family. The author delves into the past and brings it to life. After reading this book, I felt very fortunate to live in this day and age.

Gone with the Wind is a novel written by Margaret Mitchell, first published in 1936. The story is set in Clayton County, Georgia, and Atlanta during the American Civil War and Reconstruction era.
What a fascinating book that takes you deep into the heart of the South before the Civil War, during the war and after the devastating events that ravaged the land but not the spirits of these strong willed survivors. Margaret Mitchell has such a descriptive style of writing that you feel a part of the events she describes. It is a huge book to read but well worth the time delving into the past. The movie did justice to the poignant book that the author penned with such passion and honesty. Reading this book is like stepping back in time and having history unfold with a fascinating cast of characters to lead the way.

I purchased a Halloween costume for my son from Aliexpress.com. It took quite a bit of time to arrive and barely made it on time. I kept contacting them to make sure that my package would not be lost and miss its due date. I would have preferred that my item was shipped in a box but it did arrive in one piece and that's what matters. I haven't purchased anything from them since. -
