Whenever I work from evening to day shift the next day, this has been my new go-to for my mild headache. The caffeine must have added to the quick relief compared to the usual Tylenol I take. It's good to have around for emergency.

I have very dry skin, especially my hands and legs. I have tried several moisturizers in the market but only few have worked and healed my dry hands. However, they are on the expensive side so once I run out, I had to stop for a while and that's when I get dry hands and legs again.
I was really excited when I got the chance to review and try this one out. The gel based format was the game changer. It's leaves my skin glowy, smooth and shiny. And surprisingly, it lasts quite long on my skin than expected. I used it in the morning and only had to reapply in the afternoon. Since my hands are dryer than my legs, I reapply couple of hours apart. It didn't feel sticky and greasy after all day of computer work. If you want to feel total hydration, you have to try leaving it on your hands with gloves overnight like I did. It will give you even smoother and hydrated hands the next morning.

They make me almost drool. I salivate a lot and I don't know how to keep it in so I spit my saliva when it gets too much in my mouth. I followed the instruction and tried to leave it between my gum and cheek. In my experience, it takes more than 40 minutes to more than an hour to fully dissolve which differs from what it says on the instruction. I noticed that my mouth feels sore and sensitive because it's been there for a while. So the next lozenge I took, I did not finish it in one go. I spit the lozenge out after I get my nicotine cravings satisfied and finished the rest after couple of hours. I really tell if it's making any changes so far. Although, I only tried 2 to 3 a day (taking half a lozenge at a time) because I'm on and off breastfeeding (weaning in progress) so not sure if it helps if I take more. I also noticed that aside from the excess salivation, I feel palpitations and upset stomach which doesn't happen a lot except when I ate bad food. I don't know if it was just me because my body is not used to it, or if anyone else is having the same effect. I'm ready to quit and will continue to take these until I finish the box. If I don't see any improvements, I will just go cold turkey. Wish me luck!
