I took 2 cups of this tea with warm water and I felt nourished all through the day with so much vitamins in one teabag. I was scared that the taste will be awful but the reverse is the case. Very nice taste and you can’t even smell any disgusting stuff. If you are looking to loose some weight, this tea comes highly recommended. By the way, I got this for free. I’m going to be buying more of Tetley products -
