I’ve just started my treatment with aligners and for me maintaining a good oral routine is super important. I got into the habit of using Listerine mouthwash and it really made a difference in my routine. I feel more confident I am getting rid of the bad bacteria and my breath smells amazing. It does take some getting used to but once you get into the habit of regularly using it, you’ll see the difference.
Listerine is a lifesaver from buildup and plaque and I love using it on the go - I do no have to brush my teeth, instead I just take a sip of Listerine and voila my teeth are clean and my breath is fresh!
Here’s how my routine looks like now: step one brush my teeth, step two use Listerine mouthwash and step three put on aligners. Mouthwash is also one of the things that my dentist recommended and I’m happy I am now taking his advice and getting my oral care to the next level.    -
