I like these pimple patches, they work a lot better than the brand I usually use. However they are a lot more expensive than my usual brand. So I would probably still opt for something cheaper.

PanOxyl Acne Body Spray
This seemed to work well in preventing new acne from forming. I used it on my back and didn't see any new spots. But it didn't reduce the spots that were already there. - Product gifted by Crown Labs (Canada).
