I bought a package of 5 diapers and 10 inserts to supplement my stash of Grovia when my second baby was born. I had never actually heard of Giggle Life prior, but they were on sale and I read enough good reviews to give them a go. Five months in and I really love these diapers. They are very soft and wick away the moisture from the baby. Even after a heavy pee, the top layer stays fairly dry. They are easy to clean and dry - both the shell and inserts can be dried in the dryer, though I prefer to line dry - and I've found them to be more stain resistant than the Grovias.
The only con is that Giggle Life are pocket diapers, so the shell can't be reused (as with diapers with a snap-in insert). That said, I'm a convert and will be adding more Giggle Life to my stash!

Love, Love, Love! I used a sling and wrap carrier with my first, but wanted to try out a more structured carrier with my second baby. The Beco Gemini came highly recommended and I definitely don't regret the decision.
The carrier is easy to put on once you figure it out. The instructions didn't indicate that the straps have to be criss-crossed on your back, so it took me a few tries to figure that out on my own. I never got too hot with the carrier on and my daughter was very comfortable in it no matter the weather.
If it gets really dirty, the carrier can be washed in the laundry, hung to dry, though they do recommend that it be spot-cleaned and put in the washer rarely.
My daughter is now 5 months and still loves being in the Gemini. Highly recommended.

I've been using St. Ives lotions for years, finding them amongst the best on the market for my very dry skin. I can't say no to anything coconut-scented, so I picked up the new spray lotion to give it a try. It is much lighter than other St. Ives lotions, perfect for summer when my skin isn't quite as dry, but I don't think it will work for winter-dry skin. The spray is convenient; I'm a busy mom of two under 2, so I often find myself with little time to actually put on moisturizer. I loved that I could just spray this on quickly after a shower.
The price, though, is not so great, especially when compared to the larger bottles of St. Ives.
I definitely recommend it, but I'll only use it occasionally because of the price.

I usually clean with vinegar, baking soda and water, but with a 2-year old and a newly-crawling six-month old at home, I decided it was time to call in the big guns to get my floors as clean as possible. I bought the Liquid Muscle because it was on sale (and I had a coupon!). I was skeptical about the "auto-stop cap" feature, so it didn't factor into my buying decision, but after trying it, the auto-stop is my favourite feature - it takes out the guess work and creates less waste.
The cleaner took care of the sticky mess left by my toddler's lunch and the floors are clean enough that I'm comfortable letting my six-month old crawl around. Added benefit: the Gain scent leaves the house smelling quite nice!
