Haha I'm actually 30 now! Having a bit of extra weight, always keeps you looking younger in the face and fills out any sagging, hee hee. Yaaay, definitely show us pics when you get it done, unless you hate it!

Yeah, the hair dye thing is a huge added bonus too.

Thank you!!! I used to feel that way, then I hit 28 and realised I had the same hair in every picture my whole life. I constantly wore my long hair up because I was too hot and it drove me insane. I was scared to go short because fat girls especially are told it won't 'suit' them, sometimes even by their hairdressers! Finally I bit the bullet and it's probably the best thing I ever did.

I got so many compliments, last time I saw a new hairdresser and after growing my hair in winter (it gets cold here) it was chin length and she was ecstatic after cutting it, she said: "It looks so much better!!!". I also have a friend who keeps saying she loves my long hair and misses it, but I don't think I'd ever go back.

No more tugs, no more husband lying on my hair accidentally.

Sorry for the novel! Haha, anyway no pressure, just take what other people say with a grain of salt and do what you want. Worst comes to worst, it grows back!
