I found this on Amazon and have also seen in some specialty Asian stores marketed under 'konjac' flour rice. It is zero carb, zero calories and zero fat. It contains glucomannon which is supposed to be highly digestable, hence no retaining the calories or carbs. It must be stir fried for at least 20 minutes to make sure it really dries out. Other wise it will be really rubbery and unpleasant. Once done properly it is quite similar in texture to white rice. It says one package contains two servings, however I found it to be closer to one serving. I like that it is zero carb as I am on a carb free diet at the moment. I must mention also that it is packaged in water, and it has a funny smell. Apparently this is quite normal and you must rinse it before cooking it. Once cooked it tastes fine. -

Very high quality - even the packaging is 'delicious' looking and catches the eye quickly. A nice blend of colours as well. I like that you get the mixes of colour palettes so you can use the lighter on higher lid, medium on lower and dark in creases and to highlight and add depth. Easy to apply and stays put. I really love this eyeshadow and it was pricey but worth for me. Made my eyes pop. -

I recieved this as a sample recently throught the company. I tried it and added to plain water. It bubbled and was similar to sparkling water. It tasted like Tang to me. I really liked it. I was recommended to take magnesium daily and this is an easy way to fulfil this need. I hate taking vitamins and most vitamins contain magnesium oxide, which is not absorbable by the body. This is the best type of mag you can get, highly absorabable. I will purchase next time. -

I have been eating these since high school many decades ago. I love them with a topping, cheese or spread. They now come in a variety of flavours too. A nice light crispy biscuit type of cracker. Great to pop on cheese microwave. They don't get soggy fast. Great to add to soups too and use for serving guests. My only real complaint is they are a little salty for my liking, the original flavour that is. It never used to bother me but since I have reduced my salt I can taste salt much more in anything now. The sodium in the biscuits are not high though, after reading the box. I wish I could find these in unsalted now. -

This Chipotle Rance salad dressing is my new favouite. Just spicy and south western flavoured enough without being too hot or spicy. I love this on my salads and like all their products, they are all sugarfree, calorie free, carb, fat and gluten free. Taste great and is creamy and just thick enough without being runny or too thick. Costs about $5, so a litte more than a regular dressing but I am on a low carb sugarfree diet and it is well worth it. I got this on Amazon but they sell at some Walmart stores as well. -

You would expect that by missing all of those things it may taste fake or strange, but it is really comparable to other Alfredo sauces. I use this all the time as I am on a low carb and sugar free diet right now. It tastes creamy and authentic and makes a great Fettucini Alfredo pasta dish. I got on Amazon but I think this can be found at some Walmart stores also. About $5 for the average sized jar. -

Walden Farms Calorie Free Fruit Spreads is made with concentrated fruit extracts and natural flavors, but no calories, fat, carbs, gluten or sugars of any kind. This makes it so appealing to me. I tried it and really liked it. I am on a low carb and sugarfree diet right now and this tastes wonderfully sweet and 'jammy'. I use on my toast like regular jam. It is also really good for a topping on ice cream if you like that sort of thing. My daughter does, she swears by this concoction of vanilla ice cream and grape jam. A little more expensive, I got this for just under $5 on Amazon. I get free shipping so it was not too bad. -

I am watching carb and sugar count and this marshmallow dip has zero of each. I love it ontop of ice cream and also in my hot chocolate. Zero sugar and carbs so I don' t have to worry as right now I am on a low carb diet. Even my sister, who has type one diabetes, can safely use this and the Walden products. This tastes exactly like real marshmallow cream and is a really nice sweet treat when used as a topping. I will purchase again and again. -

Sheer decadence in a dip. It tastes just like any other chocolate dip but here is the difference. This dip is made with real chocolate and premium natural cocoa beans…but no calories, fat, carbs, gluten or sugars of any kind. I count carbs and don't want any sugar. This fits the bill and so far this product range is the only one of that nature on the market. I have not found any others which is probably why its a little more expensive than other chocolate dips. So worth it. I don't have to worry about counting my carbs and can use this to dip fruit or as a spread on toast. Creamy and easy to spread. -

It tastes rich and creamy, smooth and very tasty in my coffee. I am on a zero carb and sugarfree diet right now and although these are a little pricey, I got them for nearly $5 each, they are worth it for me to not have to worry about added carbs and sugar. I really like the taste of the vanilla flavour. -
