I recieved this as a gift from my daughter. The first time I used it I made a recipe that was too soft and it all stuck to the pan. I have since realized that you need to make sure your recipe is designed for use in a bundt pan, or let your boxed cake mix sit in the pan for about 5 minutes once out of the oven to 'crisp' a little. The edges are non stick but need to have a good browned 'crust' formed on the cake in order for it to slide out easily. Now that I know this I find this baking pan to work extremely well and I am able to create wonderful looking cakes. -

Quite simply I needed something that would make balling and cutting melon and cantaloupe easier as I love serving it fresh but my slicing skills leave something to be desired. This works like a charm. I have only used it for melon and cantaloupe and it works well. It scoops out little round balls easily and effortlessly. It cleans well and is sturdy enough that I have not had any problems with it on harder melons. -

I have gone back to the basics now and replaced most of my plastics with glass. Anchor Hocking is a really trusted brand, it's been around forever. Made of really good strong heavy glass, this measurement cup has most every measurement for wet and dry ingredients. I have had mine for about 30 years and it washes well, the measurements do not fade no matter how hard you scrub it. Good quallity.

I use almond meal recipes and this seems to work very welll with it when added protein is needed. It comes in different flavours and is low in carbs and sugar. You can blend it into smoothies and energy drinks as well. Its a good well rounded protein powder that is easy to mix and blends well into any liquid. -
