I have mixed feelings. I used Proactiv for about 5 years but after that time, I found it stopped working. My real complaint is that the ads for Proactiv tell people they will notice a difference right away. It took me about 3 months of using the product .. and my acne getting worse before it got better ... to notice a difference. Anyone with cystic or bad acne cannot expect their problem to get better immediately once using an acne product. Often the medication in the product needs to start working and bring out the bad before you start seeing the good. I did have success for several years but ended up needing a prescription cream. I was pleased with the regular shipping Proactiv provided and the price was right -
