I got this Tylenol to try for free from Butterly in exchange for honest feedback. It's perfect timing for me this summer since I'm usually having headaches when starting my day. This Tylenol like the usual one have Acetaminophen but there's added Caffeine best for daytime use. It relieved my headache fast and get back on track for my daytime activity. I didn't have any bad side effects or allergies after taking it and what's cool about this is the shape of the tablet. It's easier to swallow than the long ones. I recommend this to my family and friends. -
