This toothpaste was recommended to me a couple of years ago by my dental hygienist and it quickly became my favorite toothpaste. Initially I found it a bit grittier than previous products I had used but I find that it cleans my teeth more thoroughly than other toothpastes and leaves my mouth feeling fresh for many hours. I use the sensitive version and it really does decrease the amount of sensitivity in my teeth.    -
