I've tried quite a few mouthwashes in the past, but TheraBreath Icy Mint stands out among the rest. Founded by Dr. Harold Katz, this dentist-developed formula is powerful yet gentle, with no harsh burn like alcohol-based rinses. The Icy Mint flavor is cool and refreshing. It’s strong enough to give you that clean-mouth feel, but not overbearing by any means. It also keeps your breath fresh for hours, and I love that it fights bad breath at the source rather than just masking it. No wonder it's the #3 mouthwash in TL Canada, it absolutely delivers! I needed a reliable sealant around the bathtub and sink, and this product worked perfectly for it! It’s easy to apply, with a smooth consistency that glides on without too much effort. It also dries quickly and forms a solid, flexible seal that seems to hold up well to moisture. I’ve had it in place for a few weeks now, and there’s been no cracking or peeling, even with regular exposure to water.
One thing I really like is how it cleans up easily with just water—no harsh chemicals needed. The finish is clean and tidy, and it adheres well to both ceramic and acrylic surfaces. I’ve been trying Helixia® Kids Natural Defense® for a little while now, and I wanted to share my thoughts. As a parent, I’m always looking for natural ways to boost my kids' immune systems, especially as we head into cold and flu season. This product caught my eye because of its mix of natural ingredients like echinacea, elderberry, and vitamin C.
So far, my son actually likes the taste, which is a big win for me. A direct quote from him is that the supplement is ‘thick like honey, and doesn’t taste too bad’. I’ve had trouble in the past getting them to take immune supplements, but they’re on board with this one. It’s also really easy to use — just a liquid dose, no pills or chewables to worry about.
As for effectiveness, it’s tough to say exactly how much it’s preventing illness, but I feel good knowing they’re getting some extra immune support. Overall, I’m happy with it and will continue using it. If you're looking for a natural option to help keep your kids healthy, this is definitely worth considering.

The wash has a very mild, pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering at all, which I love since I’m cautious about introducing too many fragrances to my baby’s skin. It lathers up nicely and cleans without leaving any residue, and I’ve noticed that it doesn’t irritate my baby’s sensitive skin at all. In fact, after using it, my baby’s skin feels soft and hydrated, not dry or tight like with some other soaps we tried.
Overall, I’m really happy with AVEENO® Baby Healthy Start Newborn Wash & Balm. It has become a staple in our daily routine, and I would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a gentle, reliable skincare solution for their little ones.

As a new parent, finding the right products for my newborn’s delicate skin was a top priority, and AVEENO® Baby Healthy Start Newborn Wash & Balm has been a game-changer. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with how gentle and effective it is.
The balm is also fantastic. It’s thick enough to provide a good barrier but absorbs easily into the skin without feeling greasy. I’ve used it on my baby’s dry patches, especially around the elbows and knees, and it helps soothe and moisturize those areas. I also like that it’s formulated with natural ingredients like oatmeal, which is known for being soothing and gentle.
What really stands out about this product is that both the wash and balm are dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic, which gives me peace of mind knowing they’re safe for my newborn’s sensitive skin. The convenience of having a wash and balm combo that works well together is also a big plus.

He also loves the taste of the grape syrup, which is a huge plus as he’s a little picky. @zarbeesca has fortified this immunity syrup with zinc for immune support, and left out all of the unwanted stuff such as artificial dyes, sweeteners, flavours, and alcohol. I have been using the new Listerine Total Care mouth wash for about a week now and I definitely have noticed a difference in my oral health! I have only been using the mouth wash once a day as I still find it a little harsh even though it is formulated without alcohol unlike most brands. I have noticed a squeaky clean feeling on my teeth and fresh breath immediately after using the product! I think that this mouthwash is definitely worth the try if you’re looking for a gentler, alcohol-free mouthwash! -
