I got this shampoo and body wash complimentary to try. The first thing I noticed is that it is a very lightweight foam that is easy to spread over the body. The scent is chamomile verbena. It wasn’t that exciting to me and also wasn’t very noticeable. But that is better than a strong artificial scent. I love that it is tear free, that is important for baby shampoo. It also is free of parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, petrolatum and dyes and synthetic fragrances. Although I noticed it contains phenoxyethanol a chemical preservative that can cause skin irritation and is a potential neurotoxin. For that reason I do not feel comfortable using this product on my baby. Unfortunately these preservatives are common in most products. I do like the fact that babyganics uses almost all natural ingredients. I think it is a better brand than most other store brands. -

I received this lotion to try complimentary. I really like that this lotion uses quality ingredients such as cocoa butter, shea butter and the NeoNourish seed oil blend which contains some organic oils. This lotion is nice and rich and moisturizes and absorbs into the skin well. It also is free of parabens, sulfates, pthalates, mineral oil, petrolatum and dyes and fragrances which is important to me. I don’t want to put chemicals on my baby’s skin! Compared to other products on the shelves out there I think this one is one of the better ones. Although, one downfall to this lotion is that it contains phenoxyethanol, a synthetic preservative which can irritate the skin and is a potential neurotoxin! Considering this I do not feel comfortable using it on my baby’s skin. . -

I tried these wipes complimentary. They were a good size and good quality. They also are nice and soft and are enriched with a seed oil blend. Some of the oils are even organic. This will prob help prevent diaper rashes! I really liked that the wipes didn’t have a strong artificial fragrance like many other wipes out there. It caught my eye that they are paraben, pthalate, and artificial dye and fragrance free. This is very important to me as I do not want to use products with toxic chemicals on my baby. Although when I went over the ingredients list I did notice that these wipes containe sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives. This does cause some concern for me as they could potentially be harmful/toxic and irritating to the skin. My dry wipes I will wet individually with water will still be my primary wipe but these babyganics wipes will be a good alternative when we are out of the house or run out! -
