An addictive treat! This cheese is amazingly creamy and the taste is just fantastic! It is delicious with some hot pepper jelly on a rice cracker. If you really want to up your cheese platter to the next level, include this and it will disappear...   +

An addictive treat! This cheese is amazingly creamy and the taste is just fantastic! It is delicious with some hot pepper jelly on a rice cracker. If you really want to up your cheese platter to the next level, include this and it will disappear. And I have to mention, the price at Costco is fantastic. The only downfall is, I just found out, that they usually only sell it closer to Christmas.    -
