It was easy to make and saves you from grating carrots to make actual carrot cake. It's an ok substitute but I wouldn't buy it again. I paired it with the Betty Crocker whipped cream cheese frosting and that made it worst! I made my own icing and it... +

I paired it with the Betty Crocker whipped cream cheese frosting and that made it worst! I made my own icing and it masked the cake ski it was more edible. This cake was also very crumbly! -
