We purchased the large one with the pour spout. Followed the directions and filled. After the 3rd fill the chlorine smell and taste were present. We always run our water for a while before filling to rid all that sits in the pipes. The claims that...   +

We purchased the large one with the pour spout. Followed the directions and filled. After the 3rd fill the chlorine smell and taste were present. We always run our water for a while before filling to rid all that sits in the pipes. The claims that they last 2 months are far from true and removing the chlorine taste and smell only lasts for 2 fills not 2 months. Afraid we wasted our money on the pitcher and the filters. Replacing that frequently may be better to by a water cooler.    -
