Just tried my first order for delivery this morning. Arrived within the designated time slot. Driver called 5 minutes ahead to let me know he was arriving soon. My buzzer is currently not working, so we arranged to meet at the lobby entrance. I had a cart to put the groceries in, and the driver was exceptionally gentle when placing the bags in and made sure he didn't put any items which could be crushed at the bottom. The frozen items arrived still frozen and the refrigerated items and veggies were all cold as their vans have refrigerated storage. I got everything in my order correctly, no missing items or substitutions. The quality of all the items was perfect, exactly what I would have picked at the store. Service was prompt, friendly and professional. Zero complaints. The only down side is the price/fees. They are obviously more expensive, just as when you shop in store. But the quality of the items and the service was fantastic. I prefer shopping in store, but had to order online since my car broke down and is currently in the shop. If I have to use delivery again, would 100% use Voila.    -
