I have grey hair which once looked silver, all of a sudden it started to get a slightly yellow tinge to it. My hairdresser recommended Alberto VO5 Conditioning Hairdressing for Gray hair. I was told to wash my hair,let it almost dry, then add just the tiniest amount to the palm of my hand and rub it into the hair, working it through all of the strands if at all possible. I followed her instructions to the letter and found my hair easy to style, shiny, whiter looking and less flyaway. I have been using this product now for quite a few years and it still works the way it should, never greasy, always soft, and most of all silver looking.
I wouldn't be without this product, if they took it off of the market I would be lost..

I keep these baby wipes on hand for removing make-up, wiping down sticky hands and faces of my grandchildren and; you'll find this hard to believe, the dash of my car. Believe you me, they do a lovely job of removing grime from the steering wheel, the dash, armrests etc. Priced quite reasonably and not only are gentle enough for baby's derriere but to help with so many other little jobs. Thank you Huggies for this universal product. You are always on my shopping list. -

Last week I had the unpleasant occasion of getting my first cold sore. I didn't realize how unsightly and how painful they could be. Of course it would happen when I had a special function to attend. Believe me I was beginning to panic, but asked my pharmacist what she would recommended. She said try "abreva". I was skeptical but bought a tube. I was doubtful that it would work in time. I noticed an almost immediate improvement, in reducing of the burning and itching. The next day I could actually notice an improvement. Within 3 days it had faded away. Well worth the price ($19.99). You use such a small amount , being sure to completely cover the infected area, and repeat 4 - 5 times a day. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is suffering from a cold sore. -

This company started in the 1970's with only one store that supplied mostly to restaurants and has now grown into 5 store and one warehouse location.
The variety of produce is huge and the price very economical, for instance I bought cabbage there today at $.38/lb when every where else it was $.99/lb. They carry exotic vegetables and fruits as well as the basics and the staff is super pleasant and helpful. I volunteer for an organization called SMILE-Edmonton and H&W;over the past month has kindly donated cases of vegetables to help us feed the homeless. They are extremely community minded.
If you live in or around Edmonton, stop in at one of the 5 locations and see what I mean, you will get a good bargain on your choice of fruits and vegetables.

The Magnum ice cream bars are delightful. So rich and creamy, I love the taste and texture but the fat and calorie content scare me. AT 72% of your daily fat intake and I cannot remember how many calories. I will have to buy the mini's and even them only occasionally. To bad the manufacturer couldn't figure out how to use ice milk instead of ice cream. I have had ice milk that is creamier than the most expensive ice cream so I am assuming it could be done. Such a shame that the calorie and fat content limits how much we should consume, as this bar is top of the line, An excellent product in the taste factor but definitely not that healthy for us. -

Sabra Hummus with pine nuts or any of the other flavors is an excellent treat. I keep a tub on hand for when company comes for coffee (I always like to put out snacks). Well I always made my own hummus, its quite easy. But after being in a hurry and getting Sabra Hummus on sale, I no longer make my own, Sabra is inexpensive enough to add to the shopping list and I don't have the mess of preparing it myself. This Hummus is excellent, better than I made and you can serve it in so many ways. (I have to admit, it is so good that I sometimes just grab a spoon and scoop up a mouthful. It is a good way to get the kids to eat veggies too it makes such a lovely dip, I even spread it on a sandwich instead of mayo. Excellent! -

Love the lemonade, it is not too sweet not too tart, for me, just right. I find it is so thirst quenching and the cost isn't too terribly high. On a super hot day, Tim's lemonade hits the spot; cools you down and quenches your thirst all in one drink. Love it! Now I have a craving, darn sure hope they are serving them already. -

I have a few neighbors who are highly allergic to scents and try to accommodate them if at all possible. And remember too that hospitals and clinics are supposed to be fragrance free zones. So if you visit or work in these types of facilities you do not want to have a fragrance on period. To add this to your bath towels or sheets might be alright, but not to clothing worn outside of the home I for one will not purchase this product, so many of the laundry products already have more than enough added fragrance in them.. -

I will admit it would be a lot more convenient but not for me. -
