Natural Factor is a Canadian Company who has produced this amazing product. I used to boil or press my own oregano every time I needed some. Now that I have found this product I don't need to, it has been done for me and now I can just buy some and keep it on the shelf. It works like an antibiotic, wards off colds, infections etc. I put a few drops in either water on the stove or sometimes in the humidifier. Fantastic for chest congestion or lung infections. You can put a few drops into water and drink it but I must warn you it doesn't taste great. The shelf life is great and it is almost a must have for your medicine cabinet . I almost forgot, to help relieve sore muscles put some in the bath tub and soak in it. -

I am diabetic so have to be choosy when it comes to candy, and believe me this one is my first choice. Can't eat a lot of it but this definitely hits the spot when I do eat candy. They do clean well and leave your tush feeling refreshing, but for the reasons I mentioned earlier I will not be purchasing them. -

I love these chocolates, the taste is so rich and creamy and they are not sickly sweet like some. Even Swiss Chalet is smart enough to add them to their menu on special occasions. I know it makes me always eat there when they add them to the festive special. Smart move on their part as they know how many of us love them and it brings us in. But realisticall, these little wrapped chocolates are better than those expensive ones that the higher end stores sell. I can never get enough of them, I have to be careful and only buy a small amount at a time cause I know I will pig out on them -

I almost forgot about this neat little invention. The older I get the more I am afraid of heights. I used to be able to climb up on the chairs to reach things, but not anymore. So let me tell you that the Swiffer Dust Extender has been a godsend to me. Now I simply take the extender, make sure I have a clean duster and reach up and clean. The ceiling fan, above the doors, top of cabinets etc. Thank you Swiffer for once again making my life a little easier. This is a must have for all us seniors, as well as us that are afraid of heights. -

Almond milk makes excellent custards and rice pudding and it cuts down the calories a bit, plus I am told it is healthier for me. I tried it in a shake; I tossed some ice cubes in the blender, threw in some fruit and some almond milk let it blend and found that to be a good way for me to drink it. Very tasty and low cal. -

Old Navy, such an amazing shop. Cannot believe the prices, don't know how they do it as the quality is pretty darn good. I bought an Old Navy tank top awhile back and just love it. I didn't realize the carried larger sizes until just recently. The selection of styles, colors. Man o man what a place to shop. I wear tank tops with everything; even when I am dressing up. Take a tank top and a pair of pants with a matching jacket or blouse and you have a great outfit. I get more compliments about the top from Old Navy. Am thinking of going back and stocking up for summer. At those prices, who can resist. -

Great place to shop. Always has sales, and special offers. The South Edmonton Common location is huge and carries way more than the other locations. Even carries those hard to find larger sizes in both men's and women's clothing. I can vouch for the quality, I am still wearing tops I purchased 2 years ago and one top I wear at least twice a week. If you are a larger size be sure to try on the garment as they tend to fit a tiny bit smaller than other brands. Watch for the specials when they offer bonus gift cards when you purchase say $100.00 worth. I take advantage of these offers and then use the gift cards to make all my purchases.
My son is 6'4" and wears a size 15-16 shoe,and needs a minimum 36" leg length. They even carry sizes for him. Come check it out, you will be amazed and what you see. Bet you spend a lot first time round.
