Small but mighty, lots of taste, just the right size for the kids or those of us who have smaller appetites. Once again A & W, you have excelled. Super quick delivery and I cannot believe the deals, there is always a special deal going on, just enter the code and it is yours. I have never had to return anything but all my friends who shop Old Navy.ca tell me that to return and item it is so simple. I am beginning to find that shopping on line is safe and quick and this store in particular is excellent, even carries adult plus sizes if that is what you need. Awesome. I'll be shopping there for a lot longer. It's fabulous. -

I have just started my new Atkins step-by-step plan and and am quite impressed with it. Being a diabetic I have to be careful on how I diet and this one seems to be geared to diabetics because of the low carb plan. The instruction booklet is easy to read and understand. They suggest that you lose weight slowly which I have been told is the best way to lose and keep the weight off. The kit included a book listing the carbs of the various foods and they meal suggestions. I realize that I will have to purchase some of the supplements like their Advantage bar (whichis delicious), their Day Break Bar (a delicious little snack without all the sugar and carbs. and the Endulge Bar, which should control my cravings with not adding sugar. The meal plans look good and are all foods that I love. It is worth a try, so I will give it my all. -

I received my sample of Atkins Peanut Fudge Granola Bar in the mail the other day. It is a nutritional supplement that compares to the Glucerna Bars I usually carry around with me. The Atkins bar is great, tasty and nutritious, having 15g of protein, 1g of sugar in a 48g bar. I found it delicious and filling and a change from the diabetic bars I usually purchase. Even the price is comparable to that of the Glucerna bars and the Atkins bar is suppose to aid in weight loss. I have just started using Atkins products so I cannot vouch for that claim as of yet. If you are diabetic this might be a good choice for a change of pace and taste. -

Cracker Barrel Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese is a nice addition to the Cracker Barrel family. TRESEMME, Luxurious Moisture Conditioner, what a fantastic product. Like the Ads say, a salon product at everyday prices. When I first tried the shampoo and cream rinse I could not believe the price or size of the bottle I had just purchased. Excellent results, and really professional looking hair when you are finished. If you are on a tight budget or not, this is the product to try, it gives salon results and does not hurt the pocketbook one tiny bit. The shampoo gives your hair a good cleaning without drying or damaging hair, it is so gentle. The cream rinse is just that; creamy, luxurious even. And the finished results, awesome. You really must give this product a try, I am certain you will love it as well as I do. -

I received a sample of Mrs Dash Taco Seasoning Mix and decided to make a Taco pie. This seasoning mix made the quickest Taco pie I have ever eaten, and so easy, no measuring each individual spice. No finding I didn't have a specific spice and having to run to the store. I have used Mrs Dash products for years, and find they are getting better and better. At first I thought it was a waste of money to buy the seasoning packets; but then when I tasted the finished product it was well worth the extra expense. Mrs Dash once again you have come through with a wonderful idea, saving me time and in the long run money. You keep me and my family healthy Mrs Dash. Thank you. -

Nature's Bounty is one of my favorite brands for vitamins and mineral supplements. When I found out that they also sold tea tree oil I was ecstatic. Tea Tree oil is good for so many things, works like a disiinfectent, an antiseptic, as well as helps things heal. Can be used in so many ways, in the garden, on wounds, on the face to help prevent acne and other problems. The price is good as you use such a tiny amount and it goes a long way. I actually make my own cleaning spray and they recommend the use of tee tree oil to help kill bacteria. An excellent product, one we should all be using. -

This is one of my all time Cadbury favorites. Each bite gives you a taste of fruit and nuts, so decadent and filling. When I indulge myself I tell myself that I am at least making a healthy choice and getting a serving of fruits and nuts along with my milk chocolate.
