Cottonelle Ultra Bathroom Tissue
This is an amazing bathroom tissue, soft, strong. Very effective, but it is hard on our sewer lines and septic tanks or so I have heard, it does not dissolve enough to move through the sewer pipes without clogging them. This is a real downer... +
This is an amazing bathroom tissue, soft, strong. Very effective, but it is hard on our sewer lines and septic tanks or so I have heard, it does not dissolve enough to move through the sewer pipes without clogging them. This is a real downer because I love the softness and strength of Cottonelle Ultra. But if it is harmful to our environment and in particular our sewer systems I will refrain from using it. We have enough problems with the sewer lines in our City as it is. As much as I love this product I have had to refrain from buying it. -

I have used Bounty Paper Towels for a long time, now I also use their DuraTowel, they work so well in place of a dishcloth. So much more sanitary, scrubs wonderfully. Super strong, but soft on all surfaces. Super good to use if you have a baby in the house, or in the sick room to clean ups spills etc. Wish these had been around when my children where little. Price is ok, I have managed to find them on sale and have also had coupons for them. All in all an excellent product. -

I received samples of Aveeno shampoo and conditioner with nourishing wheat complex and oat protein. Used both today and have already decided I'm changing my brand. My hair has never felt and looked so good. Once again, Aveeno has come through with a superior product. No wonder my favorite care products are becoming Aveeno products. Keep up the good work Aveeno, I for one really appreciate it. -

Sun-Rype Fruit Source Bars are a must have on hand for me. I love being able to give them to the grandchildren as a healthy snack. I am diabetic and I always carry a few in a pocket or purse to use in case I have a low sugar bout, they work fast, and better yet are much tastier than the glucose tablets I used to use for lows. The flavor variety is excellent, and now I hear they have come out with a fruits and veggie bar. Now those will be extra special for anyone who is not a great veggie fan, I know their fruit and veggie drinks are excellent, you definitely cannot taste the veggies. Now that one is a definite must try. -

Home Depot is one of my favorite places to go for gardening supplies and hardware in general. Prices are good, especially when they are having a sale. If you are an avid gardener I would recommend that you join their gardeners club, they e-mail you coupons for a variety of gardening supplies, from plants, fertilizers to gardening soil. You also receive helpful gardening hints which I find very useful. If I need a can of paint, a piece of lumber, a snow shovel or bbq part. this is a the place to go. Their locations are convenient, prices and services great. If you have a project you need doing and can't do it yourself, they also handle that. From building a deck, laying flooring or a carpet to installing plumbing. Love this place, it is another of those go to stores. -

Mrs Dash seasonings are such an excellent way to season almost all your meals and dishes. No salt, no MSG. So much healthier for you than the alternatives. I have been using these spices for years, and even use them to make my own shake'n'bake for chicken. Simply add to crushed bread crumbs, (any spice or a combination of a few spices.) I use a fair amount, then mix to blend spices with crumbs, dip your chicken in to coat. Roast at 350 degrees for 40 -45 minutes. What a great way to eat healthier and save money. Thank you Mrs Dash -

This soap is amazing! The best degreaser out there. I actually buy it ins the 4L pump bottle. It works for every thing.. Windows, a bit of vinegar, a squirt of Dawn and water, cleans them better than any other I have tried. Works similar for floors, wall, I even use it to wash my car. Yep! If it's gentle enough to get the oil off of those birds after an oil spill, its gentle enough for anything I need to clean. Gentle on the hands and yet will clean almost anything. -

I am amazed that there is no category for grocery stores. No Frills is exactly what it says, a no frills grocery store, Amazing prices, fantastic staff, and each store is a franchise, the one I go to is excellent. Sometimes their prices are close to the regular groceries stores but generally, much, much lower. The type of store you want to use as your stock up store. Shopped there this morning and here are some of the items I picked up with other store prices as a comparison. Salter soda crackers, 3.19 compared to 4.29 at Safeway for the same brand and size. Green Giant frozen corn, mixed veg, sweetlet peas (750 grams) 1.97 compared to 3.99 at SaveOn Foods. Love this store the staff is so good always striving to please. Selection quite good for this type of store. Its a must try. The one I shop at is 104 St and 80 Ave, Edmonton, AB -
