I absolutely love the vintage dining wares from Royal Albert and I always wanted to buy their teacups with saucer for my tea parties. However, saucers are a bit inconvenient in the 21st century and not everyone will appreciate it unlike the old days. So without compromising the vintage look, I opted for Royal Albert's fine bone China mugs instead. I just started collecting here and then the mugs and I don't regret a single purchase. I love their classic designs and my entourage appreciate tea better with them. You can't wash them in the dishwasher but I don't mind that much since it will keep its shape longer. If you're a fan of high tea and vintage cups, I highly recommend checking out their collection. They recently have a Miranda Kerr collection with peonies and butterflies which has a more modern vibe compare to their classic collection. -

I have been using Muji schedule planners for few years and I can vouch they make the best schedule planners out there. They aren't heavy and they have different sizes to fit your lifestyle. They might be plain but you can decorate them to you will's content with stickers, washi tapes or even doodles! I use the B6 size one since it's the perfect size for my lifestyle and it has daily time slots for my work and events. I prefer paper planners over digital ones because I remember better writing things down. I have seen many planners out there with fancy prints or decorations but I really think for less than ten dollars, this planner is really great. You can customize it up or down depending on your preferences. I highly recommend this for students, young/senior professionals who don't mind going old school to plan their daily lives! -

Even though this game was recently launched less than a year ago, Pokémon Go is still going strong among Pokémon trainers of our world. I still play it because it makes me bond with my friends outside my house instead of staying home and watch Netflix. Not only I get my daily dose of exercise but I also get to see my buddies. I heard many touching stories about this game bringing people together such as families (parents-children bonding) even stranger to strangers! Now that Niantic brought the second generation of pokemons, this game is far from being a dead trend. I highly recommend this game to all ages gamers but it can get very addicting! Gamer beware! -

I recently ordered this for a friend who just recently bought his home. It's a great gift without breaking the bank and it gives a lasting impression as well. They have all range of fruits arrangements and sometimes they have some with chocolates. I have been meaning to buy one for awhile but I didn't have an occasion to do so. My friend really liked his fruit basket and he even ordered one for his grandparents not long after! A great gift for all ages indeed! I highly recommend! -

I used buy my higher end goods in Holt Renfrew but ever since Nordstrom established themselves across the country, I never went back. Nordstrom really pride themselves with their customer service and they really do deliver customer's satisfaction to the letter. Once, I had a bad experience with a SA over the phone and I really felt I was racial profiled by him. I email the store manager and not only he dealt with my inquiry fast but he also accommodated me to one of their beauty shows free of charge. The beauty show was great and I never had a bad Nordstrom experience with a SA again so far!
Also, they have a better selection of products than Holt Renfrew, hence I will be shopping there for a long while. It's also free delivery with zero minimum unlike HR! I highly recommend dropping by their stores if you have one nearby you!

COS is a store that caters to minimalistic clothing style. Everything or most of the clothes are without a logo, focusing on the material and the style. I really like their clothing aesthetics because it's simple and elegant. Not everything high end or with a logo is better on clothing. COS reminds me a bit of Aritzia but targeting an older market in my opinion. The clothing is priced in the higher end which is odd for fast fashion but it is very affordable during their seasonal sales. I highly recommend this brand to office ladies/men or even young professionals! They have lots of timeless pieces that will guarantee to stay in your closet for awhile. I bought a couple of their clothing from last season sale and it's still in very good condition. I recommend their wool clothing because they are soft to the skin and keeps you quite warm as well! -

You can play this game with 2 to 6 players but I think the optimal fun is with 5-6 players because the more confusing it is, the more joy this game brings out. This is also a good boardgame with kids because it only lasts about 15 minutes which is great for those who lack of attention span but still want to enjoy a good bonding game! I highly recommend this as I already own a copy of it! -

There is no limit how many people can play on each team which makes it a great party game. This edition is only in English so you obviously need to understand English fairly well. There are other editions with French and pictures as well for those who aren't fluent in English. You can also mix the language and the picture version to make it even more fun! I highly recommend this game for friends and family gatherings! Hours of fun guaranteed. -

No wonder this is one of the most successful boardgames from Kickstarter. I own the original edition, this NSFW edition and recently got the Imploding Kittens expansion. This is a great family and friends game but I would not recommend this edition for little kids as this edition titles Not Safe For Work edition. I highly recommend this boardgame for those who want to bond with people via a boardgame and not via video games. -

The game is based on Russian roulette and you need to be the last survivor from Exploding Kittens. If you need a quick tutorial how to play you can probably find it on YouTube. I own the original edition, the NSFW edition and the first expansion: Imploding Kittens. I highly recommend this game for those who love to bond with friends and family via boardgames and not via video games. -
