I am definitely guilty of being a couch potato especially during the winter season. Netlifx really solves the problem of asking your SO or your friends "what do you want to watch?" because it caters to all tastes in terms of movies and shows. I was lucky enough to be one of the early bird subscribers a few years ago to keep my subscription in a golden price. I highly recommend this subscription because you don't need to download anymore. Just stream your shows! -

If you're a car owner, you need this. It's not even expensive especially on sale and it keeps your car smelling fresh. This fresh linen scent is my favorite of all their scents because it is a neutral scent and it works for both men and women in the car. Who does not like the scent of fresh laundry? I got Amazon Prime Video during one of their promotions that when you get Amazon Prime, you will be getting their Prime Video subscription as well. It is basically like Netflix but with less content since it is fairly new in the business. I already have Netflix but I was going to get Amazon Prime anyways so this is a nice bonus. I really enjoyed the Man in the High Castle a lot and my SO likes Grand Tour from the subscription. I believe with time, they will have more content and it will be more worth it for your buck.
If you already have Netflix, you would not be needing this in my opinion.

I'm a big fan of Sexylook masks even though there is some alcohol content in it. Their mask design just fits your face no matter what shape due to its ear components. It even stays on your face so you don't need to lay down during this period of time, which is good for me because I can do chores or whatever meanwhile. I only used up one box of this kind of sheet masks so far and I do see a short-term brightening/hydrating effect. I'm not too sure about the lifting claim of it but since the mask tightens up your face, I believe there should have somewhat a little short-term lifting effect as well. However, to be very honest with you, I really cannot tell if my face was "lifted" or not, which explains one drop of hearts in the ratings. And remember to wear sunscreen if you put this mask prior of going out... -

One of my favorite skincare ingredients is propolis and that stuff is MAGIC. It is basically "a red or brown resinous substance collected by honeybees from tree buds, used by them to fill crevices and to seal and varnish honeycombs" according to Google. If you have acne-prone skin, this mask is calling for you. Honey and propolis ingredients will help you heal your skin while hydrating it. Some people might not like the sweet scent of this mask but it does not bother me at all as it is not a strong scent. I am almost done with my honey mask box but it is definitely in my repurchase list! -

This Shiseido Eudermine Revitalizing essence is basically a softener that allows your skin to absorb better the rest of your routine's products better. It claims to be safe to use around the area but I would not recommend it because of the alcohol ingredient in the product. You're supposed to use this after cleansing your face either with your hands or with cotton pads and gently pat the good stuff on your face.You can also do a DIY mask with this essence with cotton pads or a sheet mask capsule. After using this essence for a month, I do think the texture of my skin is softer and smoother. The only negative side I have for this product would be the price and the GLASS bottle. You definitely need to be careful to not knock it over the counter or wherever you place your skincare routine.
I would highly recommend this if you're looking for a luxurious essence in your skincare routine. However, if you are not into fragrances or alcohol in your products, you should look for something else.

When I saw this in my local drugstore, I picked it up because I usually use Asian brands sheet masks and I figured it would be a nice change to see what the western market has for this kind of product. This hydrating mask is enriched with pomegranate extract, hyaluronic acid and plant-based serum. This product indeed does what it claims: hydrating your skin. But for its price, I can get two masks from Asian brands with the same quality and claims. I know some people have a hard time accessing Asian brand sheet masks but the Internet is so big. I am sure you can get some good quality sheet masks online! -

Not only it heals inflammation (from acne for example), it also hydrates and soften the skin during the night. You actually wake up with soft toned skin. I know this is an anti-aging product but I can't tell if it is reducing my fine lines just yet. However, I do believe in prevention in skincare so I will keep using it since I do like the results. -

I used to love this because it is similar to Smashbox Primer but for a fraction of its price! However, I didn't quite like the finish of it and it wasn't hydrating enough for me. Now I found a better primer from VDL and it is less expensive than the western high end primers. I definitely recommend checking VDL primers out if you like the glow finish since it is not a matte one. -

I always have been avoiding matte lipsticks because they tend to be drying so I always preferred tinted lipbalms over matte lipsticks (I'm a big fan of YSL lipsticks). However, when I heard Charlotte Tilbury's Matte Revolution lipsticks are hydrating matte lipsticks, I had to drop by Nordstrom and check them out. I had the honor to chat with one of the CT's makeup artists during an event and had her do my makeup. From all the colors we tried on, I ended up getting Amazing Grace which is a vintage tea rose color. It is very flattering color for my Asian skin tone.
One thing I really like about CT is that even if you can't swatch the lipsticks, you can see the lipstick on various skin tones online because not everyone have the same shade of skin. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I will definitely recommend to all lipstick lovers to give it a try including those who tend to avoid matte lipsticks like me!
